Blast from the past, Missy Hyatt. Let this be a cautionary tale about the perils of too much plastic surgery.

Okay, so I had made the decision that I was going to tone down on the Vince bashing a bit, but some events have transpired that I just can't let go without comment.

So, as we all know (or have probably heard about by now), ECW December to Dismember was an absolutely horrendous PPV, legitimately one of the worst in recent memory. Well, as it turns out, it wasn't originally going to be that bad.

Paul Heyman had originally booked an entirely different show for the pay-per-view (well...entirely different is stretching a bit, but pretty drastically different). He presented the show to Vince McMahon, who turned it down and basically said "No, we're going to do this instead" and created the December to Dismember that we saw, or if you guys were lucky, didn't see. Well, as he was watching the show, Vince realized how utterly horrible the show was. The next day at the Raw/ECW taping, Vince McMahon blamed Paul Heyman for creating that horrible show, and fired him for it.

Yes, that's right. Paul Heyman was fired because Vince McMahon put on a terrible show.

If anyone was still wondering why I don't have an ounce of respect for Vince McMahon in this day and age, I think this story pretty clearly sums up why.
Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

This sounds like an overly simplified version of the events. I don't think this story is as cut and dry as you are making it sound.

Where do you get your info from. And VINCE IS A GOD.
Everything happens for a reason, but sometimes the reason is that you're stupid and make bad decisions.

My info comes from PWInsider.com, as always.

The only further flavor I can really add is that Vince has always had a sort of now-I-like-you, now-I-don't relationship with Heyman, and Stephanie has never liked him. It's no secret that Paul has always been just a step away from getting fired from that company. Now granted, Paul is partially to blame here, because he can be difficult to work with and stubborn as hell.

Publically, Vince is blaming declining ratings on ECW and poor locker room morale for firing Heyman. To be honest, I don't doubt that that's part of the reason Heyman was fired. However, although both those points are true, that is utter bs, and here's why: If Vince is going to base a decision to fire Paul Heyman based on declining ratings, then conversely he should also reward Paul Heyman for an increase in ratings. Well, that sure as hell didn't happen. When Paul Heyman was the head booker for SmackDown, that show got the best ratings its done since before the brand extension, and so what did Paul get? He was demoted and sent down to book OVW instead. As for locker room morale...I'm sorry, but the morale is bad on all three brands, and that can't be pinned on Paul Heyman.

But the point is, the centerpiece of the firing was that Vince McMahon realized how absolutely terrible December to Dismember was. It's also true that Paul Heyman presented Vince with a layout for the show that Vince didn't like and therefore changed. You can add all the details you want into that, but the fact is that those two points are still true, and that makes Vince an official douchebag that just felt the need to pin the blame on someone else, just like he always has.
Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

What is the terror of death?
That we die, our work incomplete.
What is the joy of life?
To die knowing our task is done.

I am really glad Sheldon mentioned how insulting Crime Time is.

I really liked the promos they did before they joined. But it was funny because the announcer was funny. But they are not funny. Actually they are so unfunny it is kind of is painful. It's like watching someone you care about sing badly....

I hate the Boogeyman!

(I seem to have something against the brothers)

Speaking of which...

Paul Heyman got into an argument with Vince because he vowed never to let a black man become champion of ECW....(It may not be true but that's my story and I'm sticking to it until I get some body else to believe me)

lol, I think Qdon was joking. Say what you will about either Paul Heyman or Vince McMahon, but neither man is a racist.

As for Cryme Tyme...I'm sort of torn on them right now. On the one hand, the skits they do are absurdly stupid and just painful to watch. The Christmas Carol thing they did actually started out kinda funny, but then it just dragged to the point that it was painful. On the other hand, JTG seems to be solid in the ring from what I've seen, and when they were doing guest commentary on a match a couple of weeks ago, Shad seemed to have some charisma.
