WSX will fall just like all the others have, and TNA will eventually as well. The McMahons have rulled the industry for well over 50 years and are still in the top slot.

Wow...

Okay, so apparently in the January edition of WWE magazine, they have 2006 awards. Kurt Angle received the "Good Riddance Award" with the caption below it reading "What's the best way to re-invent yourself? Walk out at the peak of your career! Worked wonders for Lex Luger and Randy Savage."

Erm...there are so many things wrong with that, I just don't know where to start.
Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

Vince is having to look over his shoulder again, and doesn't like it.

Everytime I see the ad for the Christmas with the troops show I almost start to cry.

o.O WWE's war against Kurt Angle continues to rage on.

During HBK's promo on Raw last week, you may recall him making a reference to the "greatest wrestler of this generation," with the quotes included. Well, that was a line fed to him as a direct shot at Kurt.

Furthermore, in this month's WWE magazine, they have an article featuring people who have tattoos of wrestlers. One person has an Angle tattoo. On top of the article referring to it as a skid mark, it also says something along the lines of "How would you like to have that ink on your body?

And finally, on wwe.com, they had the top ten news stories of 2006. Number four was Angle leaving the company, with a caption that was something like "Kurt took some time off to rest up and be with his family. Turns out that time was three weeks."

o.o

Have I mentioned how much I hate Cryme Time?

I'm with you on that. Cryme Tyme is just really lame.

And on an unrelated note, WWE did one of their house cleanings today. I won't go over everyone who was fired, because many of them were more or less just people you'd shrug at and go "whatever," but here are the people of note:

Sylvester Terkay
The Basham Brothers
Tony Mamaluke
Al Snow

Interesting to note, though, that Al Snow was only released from his wrestler contract. Al Snow is still employed by WWE as a trainer.

Oh, and this is mainly for Kai. A while back, I noted that former TNA star Monty Brown had signed with WWE, and you said you didn't know who he was. Just thought I'd note that he debuted this week on ECW as Marquis Cor Von.

I'll catch ECW this coming week to see this guy in action.
