Booker isn't pumped. Where are you getting that from? He's just older and a bit fatter, that's all I see.

Just looking at Booker as he is now, I would agree with you. But seriously...go watch some old WCW footage. His whole frame is different, and it's not just because he's older and fatter.
Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

I'll take your word on that then. Never saw him in WCW. Except for this hilarious clip someone showed me where Booker T calls Hollywood Hogan a nigger.

Booker T and Steve Ray aka Harlem Heat where probably one of the best tag teams in the history of WCW.

I don't know who is on steroids... I was just commenting on the really big guys and the normal sized guys... Although Nitro is really really cut...

OK the latest news is Stone Colds ex... (Debra?) is commenting on how she was abused by her Steve Austin. And she implies it is commonplace in with wrestlers.

This makes me really uncomfortable. Despite what I was saying about steroids, the last thing I want to see is for this to become an anti-wrestling issue. This just...yeah, that's a very, very bad thing. Hopefully that Debra interview doesn't get picked up by too many media outlets.

I also want to state that I obviously could be wrong about Booker. I have no facts about that, it's all just speculation.

I never did like that Debra. Austin needs to just shut that bitch up.

Check out the Vince McMahon interview on the Today Show with Merideth Vierra. He gave an AWESOME interview. Merideth was being accusatory and rude but Vince kept his cool and rebutted anything she was throwing at him.

I will agree that Vince handled the interview very well, but I don't think it's fair to accuse Vierra of that when she was just the first to present Vince with the hard questions. She was hardly sensitive, but she asked questions that needed to be asked, and you can't fault her for that. But again, Vince handled it with incredible grace.

Some unrelated notes...just some things I want to toss in about various people we were talking about earlier that I forgot to respond to.

Again, the knock against RVD's inability to cut a promo is an excuse not to push him, nothing more. When someone is as charismatic, talented, and mega-over with the crowd as RVD, finding one flaw with him and using that as a reason not to push him to the top is bs.

The Val Venis gimmick absolutely did get old and boring, but that's not his fault. The fact is, Sean Morley has proven he can talk, work, he has charisma, and he has that star potential. The gimmick got old because it was a one-trick pony, so one would think it would fall on WWE creative's shoulders to find a good way to freshen him up.

Bobby Lashley does get a pop when he comes out, but it's a pop that's utterly devoid of passion. It's almost like an auto-response from the fans. "Yay, there's Lashley, let's cheer." Yet again I'm gonna bring up RVD's name as a comparison. When RVD comes out, there's a feeling of legitimate excitement from the crowd. Few things are as cool as seeing RVD in the ring doing his thumb pose and seeing the live crowd do it with him.

I also would never, ever put Lashley in the same category as Batista. While I think Lashley is still green as grass, the fact is he can work a good match when he gets the chance, and has shown a lot of potential. None of that can be said about Big Dave (although to be fair, his recent series with Edge was quite good, and not just on Edge's end of things).
