His contract ended so they wrote him out of the show. Same happened to Jericho..he got "fired", but IRL his contract expired and he went on to other things. Bischoff makes an appearance when RAW comes to Phoenix though. He did last time anyways. HOWEVER....something I saw on TV a couple weeks back leads me to believe that Y2J is in talks to return.

That's not quite accurate about Bischoff. When he was written off TV, he still had plenty of time left on his contract, which actually didn't expire until very recently. The general idea is right, though, and I'm just arguing semantics because I'm irritating like that. As for Jericho, WWE needs him back like no other right now. He's been dropping hints that he's making his way back to wrasslin', though he said it could be for any of the current big three. Honestly, I don't see him going anywhere but WWE, and I'm actually gonna say that's a good thing. I think WWE needs him more than TNA right now, and I don't really want to have to wait for ROH DVD's to come out and get delivered to me for me to see some Jericho. At any rate, if he goes back to WWE, hopefully they'll be smart enough to put him on SmackDown. There's no room for him on Raw, and there's no uninjured top-tier talent over on SmackDown. |

He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

Smackdown sucks. The writing just plain sucks. The stories suck. Any good performer gets dragged down whenever they are on Smackdown. That's why WWE's better prospects usually make their way to RAW eventually. Hopefully Jericho negotiates in his contract that he will be a RAW exclusive and not have to set foot on Smackdown garbage. |

On a side note, I have a feeling Randy Orton will win at Summer Slam for the following reasons: 1. He's currently got this stigma following him around about ONLY ever being the champion because WWE wanted to screw over Brock Lesnar by taking away the fame of being the youngest champion ever. 2. Currently, Orton can't ever elaborate as to HOW he won his one and only title....because he won it against Chris Benoit, and no Superstar can ever mention Benoit anymore, it would be better if they have Randy win the title again and that would effectively somewhat erase Benoit from history a little more. |

Why can't anyone mention Benoit anymore? Out of personal choice or a rule handed down by WWE? |

The reason SmackDown suffers is because Vince's primary concern is making Raw good, so any guy that gets over on SmackDown gets moved to Raw, with only a few exceptions here and there. Besides which, until SmackDown got gutted in the draft, it was far and away the superior show to Raw, to the point where Raw was nowhere in the same league as SmackDown. The main difference is that Raw was booked as a sports-entertainment show, while SmackDown was booked as a wrestling show. The problem is that WWE creative sucks, and when such is the case, a sports-entertainment show also sucks. When you're booking a wrestling show, creative can't get in the way too badly, and so the wrestling show doesn't suffer as much. Hell, even now on SmackDown, we're getting quality matches every week, as long as there isn't a championship involved (excluding the U.S. Title, which has been the best part of SmackDown recently). While on SmackDown, MVP and Matt Hardy are giving us the best wrestling every week, Raw has John Cena cutting promos about poop, and lots of it. And I mean, come on...is anybody -really- looking forward to the "Triple H comes back and squashes all the main event heels" tour that's on the way? As for Orton, I don't see him winning for a couple of reasons. One, the original plan for the Bash was to move the belt to Lashley, but last minute Vince changed his mind and decided he still wants Cena on top. If Vince, who is behind Lashley enormously, won't take the belt off Cena for him, he's not gonna do it for Orton. Two, putting the belt on Orton sends a terrible, terrible message to the locker room. Taking a look at what happened here...a few months ago, Orton did upwards of $10,000 worth of damage to a hotel room. He would have been (and should have been) fired, but WWE kept him around because he was slotted to be the first person to bow down to the Chosen Son at Summerslam. Eventually, they stumbled across the Dusty feud, and decided they wanted Orton vs. Cody at SummerSlam, which is why Booker was moved into the position to do the job to Triple H. Then...they changed their minds again, because Cody didn't show much of anything, so Orton sort of lucked his way into getting the WWE Title match. Thus...if he wins, they're showing that you can act that irresponsibly, but if you're in the right place at the right time, not only will your punishment be minimal, but you can still go ahead and win the belt a couple months later. That just seems like a terrible move for overall morale to me. That's not to say Orton won't win...just that I don't think it's gonna happen. |

lol, They should toss him into the World Title feud. Masters, Batista, and Khali...pure, technical mastery. |
