Although they have not specifically listed any names, WWE has announced that they have suspended 10 performers for violations of the wellness policy. It'll be pretty interesting to see the next batch of shows... |
Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

willing to bet Snitsky is one of them, just saw him on RAW and he had develpoed quite an acnie problem one of the side effects or roids. i think it's a good idea that they don't anounce the names though, since it could possibly end there carriers if they did. |

WWE has actually announced that as of November 1st, anyone who is in violation of the wellness policy will have their name publicly announced, so this should be the last wave we see where we don't find out who it is. However...Sports Illustrated has put up an article listing ten WWE wrestlers who have received steroids within the last year, which one would assume will be the same list of people. For those curious, the ten are... Spoiler: click to toggle

I can't wait till Monday to see how they deal with this.... My sources say all 3 championships are directly effected by these suspensions. If I were Vince I would tell it like it is and say they all were in trouble for breaking the rules. The only good guy worth mentioning is the Smackdown steroid freak (that is not on your list). I fully expected HHH to be on the list. That would have been funny for him to come back and a week later to be suspended. This is going to be a very interesting next few weeks... |

I read a different list today. Most names are the same, except Batista was on the list. That would explain the THREE champions thing. Morrison affected because..well...he got busted LOL. Cena affected because his rival Orton is busted. And Khali affected because his rival Batista got busted. |

I know what i am about to say might not be a popular thing but it has to be siad with so much being siad about steroids and for arguments sake "WWE" For one WWE and other companies are "Entertainment" not a sports league, so there rules of steroid use should not be held to the same standard as something like the NHL, NFL, NBA or MLB. When an actor takes drugs or dies of a drug over dose there are no special congresional hearings, so why should the WWE wich is NOT a Compitetion League be any different? The WWE and other companies like it are no different than any other major movie or TV production company. The use or non use of steroids does not help nor hurt the superstars chances of winning a match since the outcome is predetermaned. Just like a TV show that has a predetermaned ending to any given story line. The only difference is that this is in the fantasy world of a fictional sports league not some TV casnio like in Las Vegas or some movie like Blades Of Glory or Balls Of Fury. Would there be a congresional hearing if an actor from a sports themed show or movie other than WWE or any other prowrestling company was taking steroids? I would venture to guess NO. I am not condoneing the use of steroids but i do think that things need to be looked at a little different in these cases. WWE and other companies like it are entertainment programs not sanctioned sports leagues. |

I don't really remember the answer to this question, so I'll throw it out there,.. is the use of Steroids in general (in the way that sports people or WWE people or whatever use them) illegal? I can't remember, but I don't think so if yes and it's kind of like any controlled substance like say if someone was abusing pain pills or some kind of other thing like that then obviously this makes sense otherwise BX I think it's just because A) some people actually do think of "professional wrestling" as a sport and B ) there's also the strange case that some people think of them as role model's too, and then C) it's like this is anything new, the various TV wrestling organizations have had steroid issues like this before |
