Some people are speculating that he could be what the SAVE_US.222 business is about, but I personally doubt that's the case.

I think that's about Jericho, not HBK.

Agreed.
Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

In fact, wouldn't it be interesting if, seeing as how they have yet to announce what exactly they're going to do on Sunday with the WWE title, if as a surprise entrant into whatever match they put together, Chris Jericho emerges and winds up winning the WWE title? Honestly, I don't see it happening, but it would be pretty cool.

i watched the match on RAW lastnight, and you could see early in the match when the injury occurred. Cena still took a pretty bad beating and put up a decent match even though he kept his right arm tucked into his body the whole time. I say Cena will be in the match Sunday, but it will be a COMPLETE disaster for him because Orton will jump him or something like that backstage before the match. The Orton totally destroys him in the ring and wins the title. Kai is wise.

The problem with that scenario is that on ECW last night, Vince announced that Cena was injured and would be unable to appear at the PPV. Basically, all we know at this point is that there's going to be some WWE Title match and it will not involve John Cena.

Has Cena officially relinquished his belt yet? Won't he do that in a gay heart-wrenching scene on Raw?

At this point, he has been stripped of the title, so he is officially no longer the WWE Champion. That said, I can't imagine he's just gonna vanish without some goodbye speech, which I'd guess we will indeed see on Raw.

Sorry, I missed RAW this week. Was he stripped on the show or was he stripped after he got hurt?

They weren't sure he was seriously hurt until the next day, so it was announced on ECW that he had been stripped of the belt. We didn't actually see him hand it over, though.

Wait. Isn't that a little ass backwards? Everyone else was able to give a little speech and hand it over. Why not Cena?
