WWE creative team member Dave Lagana has been released. Lagana is most famous for having been in charge of the ECW creative team upon Paul Heyman's departure. So...y'know...basically, he's famous for being a failure.

Two major questions come from this. One, who is going to be taking charge of ECW, and will they be any better than Lagana? And secondly, what will happen to John Morrison? Morrison, going back to his days in MNM, has always been viewed as a Dave Lagana project (Lagana was on the SmackDown creative team at the time), and the reason he got that big push on ECW was due to Lagana's fondness for the guy. I'll be interested to see where Morrison finds himself now.
Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

Good riddence. I seem to recall he was the genius who gave us Katie Vick. One of the reasons that I stopped watching is because of the crap writing. Might watch it today.

The word going around is that Dusty Rhodes will be taking charge of the ECW creative team. So for those keeping score, the heads of the three individual creative teams are Dusty Rhodes for ECW, Brian Gewirtz for Raw, and Freebird Michael Hayes for SmackDown.

I ordered the Royal Rumble. Then remembered that I hadn't finished watching Smackdown. So I'm finishing that up.

The HD seems to be causing problems with the television reception.

I was disapointed by the ending...GREATLY!!!!! Although the final three men standing was pretty exciting. And I always love watching matches where Mysterio and Cena get booed.

That was one hell of a Royal Rumble, I've gotta say. Personally, although I'm no big fan of Cena's, that was really cool when he unexpectedly showed up as the 30th entrant. It also made a lot of sense, as no one else had really emerged as the obvious choice as a Rumble winner (my personal prediction was Undertaker).

However, WWE also shot themselves in the foot as far as Jeff Hardy's concerned. This isn't to say that since they didn't put the belt on Jeff, now WWE is going to go spiralling down the drain until they're run out of business. I'm just saying that I don't think there will ever be a better time than tonight to put the belt on him. I would say that if the Hardy-Orton feud continued to 'Mania, and Jeff got the belt there, it would be okay. However, with the Cena Rumble victory, it's pretty clear that that's not the way they're going with it.

Cena might still go after Edge instead of Orton.
