I would have liked to see a couple episodes of them trying to fit into their old lives.

I so agree! I read Homecoming, and that would have translated great to the screen...but I guess they could only get so much into the last episode...
I still am having trouble accepting there will be no more... (if only I had the money...I'd) oh well, I will dream! :D

I had heard a prediction before the last season of voyager that the first half of the season would be them finding a way home and the second half would be them integrating into their old lives. I got so attached to that prediction that I was really disapointed when it didn't happen.

That prediction would have made sense...
Maybe along the line they hoped there would be a sequel in the movies...

I wonder why they went backward when they made Enterprise, instead of forward after Voyager...

I still hope that there will be a continuation... one can only wish...
Somehow the fans should have input, a fan collective, to help with creative development of a new series or movie.

I love anything that has to deal with time travel. Endgame was great! I'll watch it anytime.

Good episode except for the end which was VERY anticlimatic. No one seemed happy to be home. Janeway acted like someone just killed her dog or something. I experienced no emotion except disappointment. :thumbs1:

Sooo, what does that mean for the Borg. Was the Queen destroyed?

technically, yeah, that was supposed to mean that the borg were atleast heavily crippled (though I'm sure if Berman were still around that would have been reset like the rest of Voyager once the credits roll  )
if I remember correctly the one sphere that chases Voyager was the last thing to hear the Queen's commands before she went bye bye, so the whole collective should be like what happened with Hue in TNG, where everyone's disconnected.

perhaps if they ever do a continuation of the startrek timeline instead of the constant prequel plans, a way to bring back the borg if they really wanted to would be that splinter collectives exist, with cubes and other ships being so used to and comforted by the collective mind that they try to recreate it in their own way

They did seem a little less than thrilled to be home though, I agree, not that they actually got much time to be happy, it basically went "fly through the explosion, be told "welcome home" look longingly at the view screen, Break away to a quick 2 second shot of earth with Voyager moving near it and then roll credits" :sarcastic:
they should have done a little more work with that ending and the geting back to earth part
but then when as Berman or Brega ever written a Trek finale that actually made sense (i.e. ENT's finale)
we want the old Kai! "bring sexy back, vote Classic Kai"

I do wish we could have seen what happened to the characters when they got hom. Were the maquis crew members pardoned, what about the people from the Equinox? Does B'Elanna talk things out with her father? I'd love to know all that

and yeah I've read the books but I didn't realy like them
