What's up with the kids at the end of Season 6. They were liberated from the Borg, right? I never saw those eps. Someone want to fill me in?

Yes, after Seven retrained them to live among Humans again and free from the Collective, they were intergrated back into Humanity.

aka GalaxyClassUSSEnterpriseNCC1701D But my friends call me Darren
well.. if you use the TNG borg reference point, than we know from when Q first intruduced us to the borg, and BOBW, that the Borg have both children and babies that get borgified and then matured, and they also assimilate adults

so the kids were likely safely locked away in their incubators when that sphere or whatever it was got badly damaged, and I think the in Ep explaination was something like their transceivers weren't something or rather and thus they never were fully part of the collective and also the ships transceiver thingy was broken too.. etc.. so when they were found they weren't actually connected to the collective anyway
we want the old Kai! "bring sexy back, vote Classic Kai"

Basically, i broken borg cube tred to come after voyager, but was behaving erratically, Janeway opened alks with them and 7 realised that there were only a few voices, rather than hundreds. The cube then asked for assistance which was odd, so people beamed abourd, to find a group of young borg trying to control a whole ship, and together with echeb, 7 and the crew liberated them. they then joined the voyager crew for a few episodes but got given back to their respective races along the way.

So Icheb didn't put up a fight and try to assimilate Voyager?

not that i remember no... there was another borg child, one who was a bit tougher, trying to look after them all, echeb was in fear of him, but stood up to him, it was the other borg (which died in the episode) that tryed to assimilate voyager, i havent watched the episode for a while though basically, echeb saw the captains side of thigns and stood against the bully.
