I don't know who's developing it now that it's been pulled from Perpetual. Anyone heard any news about it in the last 3 months?

I haven't heard a thing. Apparantly the rights and development of it has been passed to another developer however no one will say who or whats going to actually be done with it now... Its very sad, it is about time it got here already!

I think it will continue once funds are given again but for now it is laying with someone, somewhere, who is probably not doing a lot with it.

i'm going to guess that we will never see this game come out at all. it's already changed developer's, which is never good. and the new guys probalby won't do anythign with it for a year, if they ever get to it

But where is that? Is it in me?
Or is it in you? Or is it somewhere
Out there, hiding from us?

resistance is futile if under 1 ohm.

I think that it was due to lack of financial backing.

The whole site is gone now.

I wouldn't want to tell people I was working on it until I was ready to do something with it. Especailly after what was happening on the STO.net message boards.

Well, the cat's out of the bag again now. Cryptic got it, as was surmised at the time of the old site folding. It's back up and running now.

I love Cryptic Studios.

They created my favorite game ever, City of Heroes/Villians.
