Say Voyager didn't finish on 7 seasons.... Say you ran Voyagers production and were so talented you did everything else for the show....

What would happen? Would you continue with Endgame? Would you scrap that and keep them in the Delta Quadrant? Would Kes be alive with you (yes I went there....) Have you detroyed the Borg Queen? Did 7 get with Harry instead of Chakotay? Did Neelix have a one night stand with Janeway?

The floors yours.... Tell us what happens next.

Ok I was going to write mine now, but after typing about a one night stand between Neelix and Janeway, I think I just vomited a little in my mouth.... :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

I would have brought them home, but promote Janeway to an Admiral and Chakotay to Captain and have them continue on with missions in the Alpha Quadrant.

Give that Roo a beer

I woud've started fixing it just after the midpoint of the Caretaker

There would've been a hell of a lot more conflict between the two crews

Chakotay would've told Janeway to get fucked when she asked him to join her crew and at least 3 or 3 seasons of conflict would have ensued

Someone would've dropkicked Neelix out the airlock for one too many smartarse comments and shite food (i'm betting B'lana)

They would've got home eventually and Janeway would have faced a courtmartial for crimes commited in the Delta Quadrant demoted to LT Commander and working for the Doctor ( now there's a commanding officer)

As you can see i did'nt really enjoy VOY that much :sarcastic:

Jack would like to explore Chakotays sheets.... In his series Chakotay would be seen touching himself on a nightly basis to the thoughts of Kes and/or Janeway, Thereafter wiping his embarrasing fluids on his bedsheets which in a fix could be used as impromptue solar sales in the even of total engine failure.

Mmmmm Sparkly.....

Me and Jack are thinking of approaching Robert to persue a fan made version of this episode.
We would be happy to provide sheets purchased from a local flea market.

Jack has now gone out to buy Oysters.

I think i would have made it a bit darker for a little while, along the sort of lines that they went with year of hell and some of the season 6 episodes. I'd also loved to have explored the ideas of really discovering something new

for example instead of another and another alien with basically human form, id love to do more species 8472 things and make up some truly interesting aliens and encounters for them.

Also when they finally got home, it wouldn't have been so shiny and clean, they would have barely scraped themselves over the finish line...

One thing I definitely wouldnt do.. is when they eventually got home....
I wouldnt promote Chakotay like they did in the book series

The Marquis would be pardoned for their crimes... but wouldnt be allowed to stay in starfleet.. their experiences and knowledge would be honored and studied just like everyone else..

but criminals do not get to be starfleet officers.
they were only treated that way in the show because it was a necessity..

Bruce's cooment about more conflict between the two crews....

I completely agree. When I first saw this show, I thought that would be the main, and most interesting premise. However, they never explored it to its full potential.

I have had them suffering a little bit because of lack of supplies and equipment. And the borg should have been more challenging. And I wanted to see them at home a bit. See some real problems integrating themselves back into society

and chakotay should have been undressed a whole lot more :allteeth:

I take it back.

The caretaker should have gotten pissed and destroyed them all.

The same way Voyage destroyed the concept of the Borg.
