look how L.A. treats the Clippers. Probably worse than the Jaguars or Tamba Bay Bucs get treated. L.A. isn't deserving of any professional sports. Everything about LA is dirty, just ask Reggie Bush.
Everything happens for a reason, but sometimes the reason is that you're stupid and make bad decisions.

You know i have to really take issue with that attitude cause i actually go to Clipper games. Sure they don't win all the time, but no one ever treats them with disrespect and everyone cheers. Do they fill all the seats, not really, but when you also play in the same town as the WORLD CHAMPION LOS ANGELES LAKERS, people tend to spend their money on the Lakers tickets.

As for Reggie Bush, say what you will. All he did was accept gifts. He didn't cheat, he didn't use steroids he didn't throw any games. Where you get this attitude that L.A. is dirty is pretty off base.

I didn't say Reggie Bush is dirty, I said LA is. I'm on Reggie's side in this. it's the school and the city itself that are dirty. Reggie deserved the award despite all the crap that surrounded him.

Fair enough, but I like my city.

EDIT: And our sports organizations.

San Fran/Oakland area can sustain TWO football organizations. LA can't support two basketball teams. Not really a sports town IMO. They are all about being the best, which is why the Lakers thrive. If the Lakers did as poorly as the Clippers, you all would abandon them too.

Up north, there are two really crappy football teams basically in the same city. But they have strong support. LA wouldn't provide that support. LA Rams are a good example of this. LA is the largest group of fairweather fans in the country.

Completely untrue. Raiders were still doing well when they left. That and the Clippers always had to compete with the Champion Lakers from day one. They only got here in 1984 in the middle of the Magic era.

I'd also like to point out that there are plenty of Dodger fans around here that are die hard through good years and bad (they're mostly bad) and Angel's fans (me included) had to wait 42 years to win the World Series, yet they've had the support of fans. If anything L.A. teams suffer from poor management (the lakers being the exception).

Here in NY, we have 3 NFL teams, one of which we dont even acknowledge.

The other two......play in New Jersey.

You cant expect 110% from others, when most times, they don't expect even 90% from themselves. -- Me.

The point being, the only teams that most NY'ers give a shit about, dont even have a stadium in NY for them to play in.

And believe me, that ride back home to central Long Island from the Meadowlands across 2 of any number of bridges can suck real bad.
