I dont know how the Giants have been doing, but I can certainly say that Texas deserved their place and played like they wanted the pennant for that first time. They embarrassed the Yankees almost through the entire series.

You cant expect 110% from others, when most times, they don't expect even 90% from themselves. -- Me.

Perhaps Cliff Lee was having a bad night last night, BUT he wasn't the only Ranger that had a "bad night" last night. The poor Rangers got beat 11-5 last night. Hopefully they will wake up and start playing ball or it's going to be an awfully short series. They sure didn't look like the same team that played with such vigor and such fire against the Yankees (who are an extremely good team) last week. Well, at least the Rangers made it to the World Series.....that definately is an honor.

Well this would be a good place to give updates, because any cablevision subscribing customers in the NY tri-state area arent getting the channel while Cable and NewsCorp (FOX5 and My9 parent company) slug it out to determine the contract price for broadcasting the channel.

So yeah....no World Series for me.

Game 2 was the game I was looking for during Game one. Great job by both Cain and CJ Wilson (until the bullpen came in). It's just too bad for the Rangers bull pen just let the game get away. That marathon out 7 run 8th was awesome!!

GIANTS WIN 9-0

WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS S.F GIANTS!!!

Giants in 3-1 in 5 games.

That was a great pitching duel until the 6th when Lee gave up the 3-run HR to Renteria, giving the Giants the lead and the win.
