Going golfing for the first time in over 2 years this Sunday. I went to the driving range yestarday in preparation. Today, EVERYTHING is sore. And I pulled a groin muscle so had a very hard time walking up the stairs last night.

I should have stretched first.

my husband has been complaining about the same thing. His groin was a little sore so he went and played a soccer game without stretching. Been limping for weeks.

It's more beneficial to stretch afterwards.

You cant expect 110% from others, when most times, they don't expect even 90% from themselves. -- Me.
No matter how hard your day, no matter how tough your choices, how complex your ethical decisions, you always get to choose what you have for lunch.

Do you need me to massage that for you? :allteeth:

I would probably punch anyone who came close to it, THAT'S how much it hurts right now.

But Joy wanting to try soothing away your pain, could be the turning point to helping her get past her vagiphobia, and all it costs you is getting a rub-down.

unless she likes it extremely rough, she'd better stay the hell away from me.
