Remember back when you and I were friends?
Everything happens for a reason, but sometimes the reason is that you're stupid and make bad decisions.

It's more beneficial to stretch afterwards.
I've never heard that before.
Stretching before helps prevent injury
Stretching after helps with recovery...

You cant expect 110% from others, when most times, they don't expect even 90% from themselves. -- Me.

Why experts recommend athletes stretch after exercise

Article more focused towards runners, but with valid points

At the very least, you should warm up before stretching and not start your routine with stretching.

Actually this is correct. You always want to warm up with some very light cardio for about 10 minutes then stretch, but gently. Dynamic stretching is preferred as opposed to static stretching as part of a warm up routine.

I have a couple of yoga vinyasas that stretch my hips, calves, quads, hamstrings, shoulders, back and neck, that I do before I exercise. I even do them sometimes on days that I don't exercise, but if I'm feeling sore or stiff.
