I thought accountants were supposed to be a little neurotic.
Every Republic has its sins, but communism is a joke that is not funny. Get fluoride out of the water!

The plumber told me that because I was upset about the tenant's bathroom. There's mold in it because he obviously doesn't clean it. It's causing the tiles to fall off. I told the plumber that there was no excuse for that. I have a bathroom in my house that was original with the house, built in 1975. It's brand spanking new. Not a speck of mold and no problems at all with the tile or anything else.

He said "Yeah. That's 'cause you're a neurotic nut." Then he went on to say, "But you have mellowed. Just a few years back you would have been under the sink fixing this problem with me."

When you have a tenant bathroom you should cover the tile spaces with that cheap bumpy white board stuff instead. When they screw it up just rip it off when they move out. Why can't I remember what it's called?

I know what it is. One company around here calls it bath fitters. I have it in one of the tenant apartments. But there's even mold on the wood work around the window and the ceiling. I have to get over there with a bottle of Tilex and then give the tenant instructions to use that and open the window a little when he showers.

He flips out when I go in the apartment unannounced when he's at work. I might just go in and clean the bathroom while he's at work and then leave him the bottle with instructions. That might scare him into keeping it clean.

That's not legal you know. Anyway, when he leaves you'll want to gut all that shit out.
