Spirit Dragon
Tag: Braelyn

Her nest was indeed becoming quite the popular spot to visit as another candidate approached. The Spirit dragon did not seem to become anxious by the visitors and was very relaxed with the arrival of the centaur.

"Good evening to you as well Braelyn Caaballus. You may indeed touch the egg." She indeed sounded as relaxed as she looked and calmly watched the centaur approach the golden Sand Egg.

As soon as Braelyn touched the egg it seemed to jolt against her hand, a tiny crack appearing where her fingers touched. A puff of sand shot out of the crack widening the fissure and making it larger. The bright gleaming halo immediately began to dim and soon faded away completely. After that the egg lay there, completely still and as immobile as it had been before Braelyn touched it. The Spirit dragon stared at the now dim egg her ephemeral form impossible to judge emotion, a moment later she gracefully got to her feet and walked off, her form completely dissolving into mist, leaving the cracked egg with the poor candidate.

As soon as one left three more arrived and the anxious mother looked down at them unhappily wanting to send them away. It was stressful enough on her having one person with her eggs but two would put her even more on edge. She felt a comforting nudge from Carpathian, doing his best to calm her down.

"You could put eight candidates in there and your eggs would be just as safe as if there were only one. Besides it will make the whole process faster and you can send them on their way sooner...."

He was right about her protections, candidates had no hope of getting past her walls and if it sent them along their way faster the sooner she could have her nest to herself again. She took a few moments longer to stare at the gaggle of candidates in front of them, her tail flicking nervously. A deep breath escaped her and she opened the door. "You may all three enter, only one arm will fit through at a time, so don't even try to touch a single egg at the same time." She commanded as she glowered down at them.

Aletheia
Tag: Seraphic Talherahiel

A small wispy streak of white about the size of a dwarf dragon seemed to materialize out of nowhere and fluttered momentarily where the candidates had gathered, though by now they were all dispersed. After a moment of hovering an elf was standing there in its place a candidate judging by her garb. A rather late candidate. She looked around a moment with her blazing eyes, one golden and one cerulean, waiting to see if she would be chastised for her tardy arrival. It seem that either everyone was to busy to notice and approach her or she wasn't quite late enough to be considered to tardy.

Her gaze began to sweep across various nests and eggs wondering which she should visit. Most seemed to be occupied and she didn't feel like butting in or standing around till it was freed. There was one egg that had no candidates around it, the Seraph egg that presided over all. She looked away and gazed at other nests for a while but her gaze kept returning to that egg. It held a draw to it, one she felt should be ignored at all costs. She did not feel malice from it, just the over all feeling that it was something she should not mess with. But still, the pull was there. After a while she sighed, she felt that if the egg found fault with her avoiding it would only delay the outcome. So she started to walk toward the Seraphic perch.

As she walked she tried to keep her mind focused on what she would like to present the egg. Giving a gift to an egg was not a requirement by any means but she was not about to approach such an egg without one. She was relieved when she saw an attendant standing with an array of acceptable items to give to a Seraph egg. In her nervousness she had forgotten such stations were provided for most nests. She smiled uneasily at the attendant and was greeted with an encouraging thumbs up. Turning her attention to the wide array of object available for her to choose from she looked through various shawls, bottles of holy water, and other holy trinkets. Eventually she decided on a Holy symbol with a shield engraved upon it. She wasn't sure exactly why it caught her eye but she decided to chose instead of procrastinating the rest of her hike up to the egg itself.

Getting another thumbs up from the attendant she continued her way up as she ascended the last of the stairs her breath was taken away from her not due to exertion but the sheer power of the egg itself. It's presence was impossible to ignore no matter where you stood in the Hatchery but up this close it was down right suffocating. She stood there gasping momentarily her eyes fixated on the egg unable to tear them away and remember how to walk. Eventually movement caught her eye and allowed her to break her gaze away from the egg and look to the mother instead. It was not much easier to gaze upon Talherahiel but seeing her face made it somewhat easier. Finding some strength in that Aletheia kept her gaze on the Seraphic mother as she approached pausing a respectful distance away from egg. Lowering herself to one knee she bent her head down.

"Seraphic Talherahiel I would like to humbly request permission to touch your egg and present it with a gift." As nervous as she was her voice did not waver though there was a nervous twinge to it.

Yggdrasil to Zemal &Lysander +Fate egg

The Titan let out a deep, soft purr when Zemal seemed to return the hug-like gesture, even patting her muzzle, making her bright eyes shine. Alistiana seemed to smile a little more at the exchange, though internally, there was the slightest instant of near jealousy, but it was unreasonable to feel in such a way, so she buried it down under other feelings. At least her son was trying to bond again, and this time, he knew who he was.

Yggdrasil lifted her head to watch as the Prince touched the Fate egg first- She could sense he was drawn to the other one, but perhaps he was afraid of it for some reason she had no means to fathom. As his hand rested upon the egg, visions whispered through his mind- intense, swirling with visions of war and peace, of life and death of those near and far from him. Great shadows of massive dragons looming, terror on the sands, but which sands? It was unclear. The end of the vision overflowed with those flowers that so haunted the Prince.

While Zemal was busy with the first egg, Yggdrasil turned her head at the sound of a familiar voice. A well of happiness flowed through the Titan, who cared quite a lot about the man, or so it seemed. She reached out with her muzzle to nuzzle him, purring a deep note to him as soon as he seemed to realize he'd interrupted, a soft chuff of amusement rippling over her form.
Lysander! I'm glad you made it out here. Thank you for such a lovely blessing for the candidates, truly wonderful of you. Worry not, you are always welcome here.... She sounded completely sincere, her sapphire eyes meeting his own, a deep gentleness within them. It was hard to tell she was still recovering from the incident in Nondir, though the wounds looked more sealed over now than when it was fresh, but the marks were still there, if faintly.
= = = =
Snyder, being a dick to other candidates
Snyder wasn't exactly known for being overly nice. She was the only candidate present that had ever bonded to a dragon. And oh, no, that dragon wasn't dead. She'd ditched him, flat out. She felt she could do better- Plus, she still had the element she'd gotten from him, which she used to tip her mohawke in metal, as well as the long length of hair that trailed off the back of her head. She looked the definition of cool, leather jacket, no uniform, headphones. She'd been through this before, bonded and ditched possibly more than once- Got lucky because the last one was Nondir, and records out of there were a bit iffy. Granted, that other dragon had met an unfortunate end. Completely unplanned of course. Convincing the tiny floral-water to pick a fight with a violent slightly older dragon had been an easy way out of /that/ bond. She could do better. There were so many amazing eggs this time around- She was confident that this time, she'd get something worthy of her.

While meandering amongst the eggs, touching and moving on, she slowed to a stop, seeing Carpathian, and grinned a bit. Well, there was a pathetic dragon. Truly, he had been perfect for her, as far as anyone else could see. But she had not wanted him- Too obvious, too clashing. Not big enough. Oh well. It looked like he'd picked himself up a really messed up mate, a broken glass dragon. “heehhheh, well...They deserve each other....And they've got infection in their nest too? Damn. Really hitting an all time low...” she shrugged, bumping into the ass end of a black Centaur, half tripping, then throwing her hands up like 'What!? WHAT!?' “Hey watch where you're standing, bronco-butt, you're in the way!” She snorted, then walked off. There were better things to see than her old dragon...Things like the massive eggs- There were a few, life and fate and a massive seraph...And watching as another candidate got stabbed by an egg. When she got bored of watching that, and another egg breaking, she headed off towards the giant seraph egg, but it was a long walk up those stairs...

And when she DID get up the stairs, there was another candidate there, one she recognized as Aletheia. Right as the other candidate got to the top and started to speak, Snyder sort of elbowed her and strode forward in front of her, stealing her spotlight. "Yo' Lady Talallel, you mind if I touch your egg?"

The Seraph was taken aback by this and glanced between Aletheia and Snyder, trying to decide how to avoid escalating the situation further. She gave an apologetic glance to the kinder girl, showing her that she had been heard, but addressed the rude girl first, because clearly this one needed some form of affirmation to her own false grandeur. Tahl sighed, but dipped her head, gesturing a hand towards the egg, in wordless permission.

The ex-rider took this chance and stepped up to the egg, feeling the pressure of the dragons energy in the air. A perfect dragon. A strong one, even now. She pressed her hand to the shell, a grin on her face. "We'd get along great, you know,..." She said, before her eyes widened as if something was not quite right....

Marcus; tag Spirit dragon, Braelyn, Justin, Aterrimus/other hatching assistants.

Sand eggs didn't require much from what he knew of, so when the mother dragon requested favors that the candidates might offer to her egg Marcus set about to gather what he could. Mostly it was more sand of various type, or small stones that might help keep the shell warm, and it wasn't long before candidates began to approach the newcomer. Things seemed to be going according to plan.

And then there was a crack.

His heart leapt up into his throat before sinking into his stomach, and immediately Marcus stepped forward. He didn't understand, the young centaur had barely touched the egg, certainly not hard enough to break it--and the mother just vanished. Not a word, not even a single shed tear for her lost child.

"I've got a Code B at my location," Marcus spoke quietly but urgently into the mic clipped to the collar of his uniform, and in an instant other attendents were rushing to his aid, forming a circle around the abandoned nest. "No more pictures," he instruced Justin, but his concern was focused mostly on the centaur still standing beside the broken egg.

"Hey," he began quietly, reaching out but not quite touching her. "Hey--Braelyn, is it? Look at me, Braelyn. Are you okay?"
------

Zemal; tag Lysander, Life egg.

Tension suffused the lines of his body at the strange amalgam of information the Fate egg pressed into his mind. It reminded him, yet again, of the last hatching he'd stood for, and what had happened when he touched a Time egg. Portents of war, danger, death, but this time, beneath all that... the flowers yet again.

Zemal shuddered faintly as he pulled away, turned, and then looked surprised that he was suddenly not alone. Ramahendra and Eidolon had remained a respectful distance away, and he hadn't expected others to approach while he was there. Still, this was a touching, and the priest was there to bless the eggs. It was only natural that he'd prioritise Yggdrasil's nest over the others, being the Titan that she was.

"No need to apologize, Father," Zemal answered him warmly enough, though there was a bit of strain around his eyes and a slight tightness in his smile. "Yours is an important task and I would not stand in the way of it. If it please you, I will let you tend to this one first, for that one--" And he gestured to the Life egg, his expression slightly rueful. "--seems to be calling to me."

Truly, there was no other explanation for it. Zemal's steps were slow but not quite hesitant as he approached the giant egg, and perhaps he was simply imagining it but the halos that surrounded it seemed to glow a bit brighter the closer he drew. The flower at the base of the egg looked as though it unfurled a few more petals, the gold of the shell almost appeared to glow a warmer hue, and even the crystal at the top sparkled with an unnatural light. Surely he was just imagining it all, his overactive mind playing tricks on him... or maybe it was the flower's scent, still light and gentle and yet enough to block out all else when he stood this close to it, that made him see things that weren't truly there.

He was calm now, strangely. It seemed foolish to think that he was destined for this egg and it for him just because of who he was, who his mother was, and who the dragon that laid this egg was. Rarely did things fit so seamlessly into place. But that flower, that golden shell so very like the sun beaming down on a garden his feet had tread some years ago now, a faint humming that radiated from the halos that floated peacefully around it...

There was familiarity here. There was a peace that, for all his uncertainty, tugged at his soul. With a resigned sigh Zemal closed his eyes and reached out, resting his palm gently against the curve of the Life egg's shell.

Life Egg to Zemal

When Zemal finally drew up the courage, or acceptance to approach it, the egg did respond, flowers bloomed over its shell, the scent of the Garden of Eternity much more apparent, but not overpowering. A deep calm began to take hold over the prince, something that felt as if it desperately wished to help him. Unspoken words wove around him, worried that it had caused him distress, or fear. An old spirit, a young heart. It soothed the visions of its sibling, sorted them out, made sense of them, wordlessly. There was a promise there, deep down, that peace would come soon, and admittance that there might be some other kind of discord in the future, but how far off, it could not say, and to try and sort the more distant things was difficult.

Warmth spread over Zemal, like the sun shining down on the perfect day. Not too hot, not too cold, a balance that never tipped one way or the other. It was a comfort almost like an embrace, and within this feeling, another unspoken sense of verse flowed through the Prince, trying to instill in him courage, doing what it could to make these events less terrifying. This was meant to be a time of joy and life, after all. The serenity of the garden was never meant to bring fright, after all. It was as if this spirit had come down directly to right some wrong it felt it had caused, like a toddler realizing it had broken something important but not knowing why or how. There was an innocence to it, and perhaps Zemal could feel this about the life within.

Braelyn having small breakdown. Tag, Marcus

She had only barely touched the shell, and yet something had gone wrong. The gritty surface cracked beneath her fingertips. Surely she hadn’t just damaged the egg? Frozen in fear, the tiny centaur stood stock still, her ears swiveled towards the belligerent calcium prison with as her tail flicked away excess nerves. Surely the sand egg’s mother knew what to do? But as Brae turned to the spirit dragoness for some sort of assistance, she could only catch a glimpse of her body as the wispy entity turned to leave. The glowing halo flickered, dimmed, and then disappeared in its entirety, leaving Braelyn to only assume that she had killed whatever child may have resided within the shell. She said nothing for a moment as she watched the egg in terrified frustration before settling back on her haunches, her forelegs stiff but shaking underneath her whilst she crossed her arms. The little grey fjord looked as though she might cry.

At Marcus’ inquiry, Braelyn could only shrug. “I didn’t mean to….”

Well, that hurt
Tag: Maha

There was a moment when Selena realized that she made a mistake, it as probably when her hand started to burn. After all that simply wasn’t normal and the gloves were supposed to protect against that. She tried to pull her arm away only for the spikes to shoot out and piece her skin. She let out a small cry and gritted her teeth as the burning got more intense. She looked up at Maha and her mocking voice.

“Well, if I die...at least it will be an interesting story.” She said and held up her hand now that the egg had released it. She squinted a bit and rubbed her eyes with the other hand trying her best to hide her tears as she swallowed a few times
“Th-Thank you...for letting me touch your egg.” She said and began to move away from the nest quickly and towards the healing tent. She burst into it and found a spot to sit before regaling one of the attendants with the story of her time with the egg. She couldn’t hold back the tears of pain anymore and every word of the story came labored and from a shaky voice as she held her hand with one arm, she had been too scared to remove the glove as she didn’t want it to hurt anymore.

She had no doubt that her day was going to be over then and there, she might even lose her hand...both were generally shitty options in her opinion. Far she was concerned, that egg was stupid. How could the day get any worse from that point? She was pissed and hoped that egg fell off a cliff or something, it was a rotten egg. Momma always said you had to throw those ones out.

Egg Medical Assistant
Tag: Braelyn/Marcus

After the egg had been surrounded to keep others from approaching it or what have you, a medic had quickly arrived to see if there was anything that could be done for the egg. A cracked shell was not always a death sentence, and some eggs were even intended to have small cracks or vents across them. It was possible the mother was being mysterious and playing with the centaurs emotions, or if it had been killed they'd need to remove it from the sands pretty quickly to keep the other mothers nearby from getting even more upset and irate than they already were.

The medic seemed a little confused as he rushed up, glancing at a small map he had in one hand, but stashed it as he got to the nest. "Did any of you get the dragons name?" He asked as he walked past Braelyn and Marcus, as they seemed to have been there first. It was odd that it hadn't been registered when it arrived. When he reached the egg across the small stepping stones he could already tell there was no life present, thanks to a minor life element of his own... But there was more to this than a loss of life, he didn't sense any lingering life at all. Not even a recently extinguished one.

The thought left some sour tastes in the man's mouth, some spirit dragons were loath to let go of the past and with their elements it was possible the egg had been dead when it was first brought, but that the dragon was unable to let it pass on till then... As he took out his equipment and began to analyze it though, he got a definite weird look on his face... Looking more and more confused until he stood up and knocked on the egg with one hand much more forcefully than Braelyn had dared touch it. A moment after he did so its surface became a matte brown, and completely uniform in color, the crack seeming to fade away as the rest of the golden sand appearance did.

He groaned at the revelation, while also seeming incredibly relieved. "Okay, can someone get a dragon to carry this back to the training grounds? It seems we've got someone who thinks they're very funny." He said with an exasperated look as he put his tools back, the others present might recognize the egg in the nest, without its illusions or whatever was upon it as one of the earth eggs from class, where they were taught how to handle the various eggs. It was made out of manufactured calcium and filled with a gel to mimic the weight, strength, and consistency of a real egg. It was not, however, real. He walked back towards Marcus and Braelyn after he finished putting away his equipment, and just to be sure they heard he repeated it more specifically to them. "The egg was some sort of prank, it was just a fake covered with some illusions or spirit mumbo jumbo, sorry you had to be at the butt of it." it looked like he might have wanted to stick around, but his radio blared another alarm and he was off in an instant.

Touching Eggs
Tags: Irasotiel, Braelyn, peeps around Braelyn

Minerva bowed again “I appreciate your generosity.” She said softly and knelt down to see the egg properly, she reached out and lightly touched the surface of the egg “You’re going to be strong aren’t you?” She asked the egg “I’m positive of it. I look forward to seeing you fly.” She said softly the egg. Minerva was content to touch the egg, after all it was something she had never experienced, even though she was told that bonding was not exactly a thing that would happen for her or many of her companions this round, it was still nice to be included in the ceremony.

Slowly Minerva rose to her feet and glanced back towards the direction that Braelyn was in and frowned as she saw people gathering around her. She looked back to Irasotiel “Thank you, for this opportunity. I would touch the other eggs but it seems something has happened in regard to my friend.” She motioned towards the small crowd “I have to go and make sure she is okay. I am honored you gave me this chance.” She bowed again. Minerva straightened herself up and moved to see what was wrong. She let a burst of steam come out of her nose as she tried to get close to her friend.

“Braelyn, what is wrong?” She asked when she could finally catch sight of the small fjordtaur. She enjoyed this even but her loyalty was such that her friends tended to come before her own opportunities and she had to make sure Braelyn was okay.

Giant Seraphic Egg
Tag: Pretty much everyone.

None had truly approached it since the priest had, its towering stature, and overpowering aura had frightened all others away it seemed. Even with the magnificent and peaceful creature at its side, few dared approach and fewer still even considered laying a hand upon its shell. Was a servant of heaven really such a terrible thing? Did it deserve such fear? Or had the populace grown too god fearing once more? It did not know, but it would soon find out. With each passing moment its insubstantial gaze seemed to sweep deeper and more thoroughly through the crowed it overlooked. It could see the vile darkness within some, as well as the pure light trying to escape others. Some of them hid their true natures, some of them expressed it, and some had no idea what it was in the first place. It was strange to a creature of such purity and purpose, even if it could feel its mortal frame slowly forming more raw emotions once more. Free will, it was such a strange thing.

Its gaze had fallen upon one, Aletheia, she seemed young at heart but her path seemed to be winding, and he could see that there was potential for greatness, or disaster within her. He silently spoke her name, and she answered. She may not have known why she had that desire to approach, but few could resist being called by him. Even if, in this case, the ultimate decision was with her. He anticipated her approach, but just as the others were so ruffled by the approach of that 'new' candidate, so was the appearance of the egg.

The armor of its shell seemed to harden and thicken slightly as Snyder approached, and the floating pieces of armor moved in a way that was definitely more warning than inviting as they had for Lysander. She didn't seem to be the type to take such 'subtle' hints though, and as her hand touched the surface of the egg there was a small spark of energy that moved between them... The breeze through the hatchery seemed to still, and the air grew cold, the buzzing of machinery and the flying drones dulled itself until there was simply silence. There was a click, like a small metal weight being placed upon a scale, then a sudden pulse of light from the giant egg, not just from the halo, but from the shell itself. It spread stained glass looking images across the ceiling of the hatchery, although few would recognize them save for the few priests and history/culture buffs present. They depicted dragons, and humans, and the one that seemed the most prominent was a figure of a human piercing an egg with a spear. Beneath it the words were clear, albeit in incredibly archaic writing.

-GUILTY-

The image was one in several of the first betrayals against dragonkind, after they had been sent by Selhanzilael to bond to the humans. One had sought them for their power, realizing that a broken bond left remnants of the others power behind, and set about to gather as much as possible. The tale did not have a happy ending, for any involved. Enraged by the act, a great Seraph was sent from the heavens to punish them, and with a spear of light sent them straight to the underworld for all of eternity. All strength, power, and dignities stripped of them.

The armor pieces fanned out for a moment, then shot back against the egg shell and locked together once more. Snyder seemed to stumble away as if pushed by some unseen force- but instead of falling backwards stopped a few feet from the egg and seemed unable to move. Light gathered in a column, flowing straight down through the top of the dome and all barries as if it was heedless of their existence. It grew brighter for a moment, then focused in to a dot before a massive wave of energy burst through the clouds above the hatchery and sailed straight down through it. Holy fire, light, and fury was made manifest in its most perfect form, a brilliant spear like tip, precise and destructive beyond imagining. It could strike only for what it was aimed, and it would never miss, it seemed inconceivable to even think of another outcome.

Perhaps there was a scream, or desperate pleading, but it went unheeded. There was the intense roaring of flames and energy for what seemed for eternity, but ended in the blink of an eye, some might have heard music, while others swore they heard chains, or distant screaming, and for some there was no sound at all. Then it was over, everything returned to how it had been before, the mortal realm seemed to breath again and the sounds of the hatchery and machinery all came back in. There was only one thing that seemed to have changed at all from the act, and that was that Snyder was no longer there. If anything remained at all, it was only evident by a slightly darkened patch of sand.

The seraphic egg's floating armor was rotating gently again as it had been before, and those that had turned to watch, or looked away found themselves staring or standing in the exact position they had been before the images appeared, like it was some sort of mass hallucination. The only thing caught on the cameras was Snyder glowing brightly for a moment, then vanishing.

It looked to Aletheia once more, she could feel it watching, as if it were standing right before her. She was next, and it doubted any would seek to be before her now.

Teagan experiences separation anxiety

The dragon’s begrudging tone did not endear her more to the mother’s cause. But Teagan didn’t know the reason for it. She had not been privy to the time titan’s explanation of the events taking place for the day. She knew nothing of the time dragons collecting eggs to move forward to another time, and further still, she didn’t know anything about the loss of Iza’s rider; hell, she didn’t even know the mother’s name. But she had granted them passage to touch her brood, and it didn’t take a genius to know that this particular dragon seemed thoroughly on edge. Refusing what they had requested now would no doubt get them in trouble of some kind. With a swallow, Teagan gently tugged on Rurik’s hand before stepping in ahead of her brother, just in case. Ida could bring up the rear if he wanted to, though she was not entirely sure how the centaur would feel about being in a confined space with the siblings-maybe if it were just the two of them, but that was not a thought for a public venue.

In the midst of crossing the threshold, Teagan paused. The entire hatchery seemed to have gone deathly quiet as something ominous and pressing filled the room. Bright light, intense and omnipotent bathed the hatchery before focusing itself to an infinitesimal point. The sky opened wide before striking someone from existence with excessive flourish. To say that it was a powerful distraction would be an understatement. It was one that Teagan would come to regret.

She heard the door close long before she realized what trouble that would bring. As she stood there, stunned into silence by the power of the seraph egg that dominated the other side of the hatchery, Teagan felt quite suddenly dizzy. Surely she had not become suddenly reverent? No, that wasn’t it at all. It was a sensation not unlike having missed a step at the bottom of a staircase. It was the pain that came later; but even then the sensation was subdued.

“Rurik?”

There was nothing but red as Teagan turned towards the door; at least, that was what her attention focused on. The arterial spray covered the now closed door, leaving Rurik holding a hand that was most certainly not attached to anything. The glass had severed Teagan’s arm just above the elbow with a cut cleaner than any razor. Already the vessels in her arm were working to constrict blood flow. But without a tourniquet time was still of the essence. Pain and dizziness wavered at the edges of Teagan’s attention as the slightly dismembered candidate leaned against the bloodied glass door, her eyes pinned in shock. She didn’t rightly have the energy to scream and cry as she tried feebly to hold the stump of her arm with her other hand in a poor effort to staunch the blood flow.

“...Please, let me out.”

Hopefully the glass dragon could hear her over the cacophony of the Seraph’s display.

Carpathian to Iza

Things seemed to happen so quickly, he'd been paying attention to Iza, half dozing since he took the night watch, and was notably sleepy. When the Seraphic egg summoned down a spear of light and as far as he could tell, vaporized a candidate, the dragon turned his head to look, taking his eyes off of Iza and the candidates for just a moment. His eyes widened- It was not just any candidate that had been slain, but /his/. His rider- or ex-rider...She'd been by the nest to mock him not an hour ago, and now she was dead. His heart was racing, wildly out of control as he tried to catch his breath. He could never stop himself from caring about the one that cared so little for him, and the weak link between them had never gone away fully...but now it was completely gone, with a snap deep within. Even so, he struggled to find clarity in himself- He could not allow this loss to break him, especially not when Iza was...What was Iza doing---....He'd become distracted.

This may have been an error on his part, for while he watched the images appear on the ceiling, and blinking in the aftermath, he heard a scream- and turned his head to see what was not expected, blood everywhere, a horrified boy and centaur, and a broken girl within the nest confines, a gaping mess where her arm had been. how had that happened in the very moment he took his eyes off of Iza?!

The hulking, massive Metal-Sound dragon had been quite patient with Iza, doing his best to remain calm, to speak softly to her, encourage her that there was no harm coming to her eggs. There wasn't a single Time dragon interested in her nest at all, but she was still going through the loss of her rider, this grieving process was not something that could be rushed, he knew. The thought that something /might/ take another thing from her was probably more than she could bear. What he could not prevent, however much he spoke kindly, was how nervous she was...And it was this nervousness that had set off a chain of terrifying events for a possible future rider that was now very much in danger of dying if he could not convince her to lower her defenses, entirely, and to let the bleeding human out to seek medical aid.
He rested his head against Iza's neck and thrummed a few soft notes, pleading tones escaping him, “Iza,...What have you done?....You must let her go, now! She could die!...Her dragon may be on these sands,...” He didn't spell it out for her, but knew she'd understand. An infant dragon might also die if its bonded did, especially if it had already chosen. That was no fate he wished to allow. “Bring down the glass walls, so they can help her,....” He encouraged, chuffing warm air upon her, trying not to get too upset- as well as keep her from freaking out at the sight of all that blood. It was hard to juggle his emotions, but he had to, for the candidate's sake.

Idazon to Teagan/Rurik/Iza
While Idazon had been temporarily busy dealing with his own odd encounter with a nasty candidate, his attention, much like Carpathian's, had been derailed after the very same candidate that ran into him got herself obliterated, and in an extremely showy way. He couldn't bother with that, though, as he turned to watch Teagan and Rurik as they walked into the glass dome- or started to. His mind went blank as he saw sudden gushes of blood-red spray the glass door, the comprehension of /what/ exactly had happened taking him a few seconds more before he uttered a despairingly whinney-like scream, rushing in to see if he could help, and finding that he could do no such thing.
Cold glass separated himself from Teagan and this infuriated him. But since he could not reach Teagan until the dragon let her out, he did what he could to watch Rurik, and help him. Their view of what was going on within the dome was horrifically limited by the red gushes staining the wall between them...Though he was growing a bit furious at this dragon. “Dragon, if you do not let down these walls, and she dies, I will hold you personally responsible, do you hear me!?” He twisted around, and making sure Teagan's brother was out of the way before doing so, attempted to kick the glass down. When it did not break he twisted around again and pressed against the glass, rearing up so he could see over the wild spray. “Teagan! Hold on in there, don't die! Tear your uniform and use it to try and stop the blood flow if you can!” He wasn't even sure if she was conscious or not. It was likely Iza could see the terror and desperation in his actions and tone. “You will not take her away from me, dragon!” he yelled at Iza, stomping his fore hooves against the glass with a useless clang and ringing. In truth, even if he tried to fight her, there was little he could have done to her, even with his element, dragonglass was nearly impenetrable.

Rurik and eggs and then there is only an arm and centaur to the rescue...sortof

Rurik had chalked up most of his anxiety and dread to the fact that they were traipsing around and talking with large dragons who probably didn’t want anything to do with the small squishy humans. He hadn’t actually thought anything bad would happen, and that they were safe here. Nothing would harm him or his sister as they approached and greeted the glass dragon. Teagan requested to come with, which soothed Rurik if only a tad. Clutching to teagan’s hand, Rurik began to follow, Eyes focusing more on Teagan's’ back all confidence he had himself, whooshed away in the face of the edgy mother. Perhaps he should have chosen another mother not quite so on edge, but they couldn’t back down now. Casting a quick glance to Idazon, he gave a small smile as they were all permitted entry.

Deathly silence hung throughout the hatchery and he only paused because Teagan did--he didn’t want to run into her and cause a scene. His eyes darted around to try and figure out what was going on, but all he could make out was a bright light that surrounded the entry hatchery. Panic dredged up from his stomach as suddenly the arm went limp.. And then he was holding it. Just the arm. His eyes found the red-splattered glass that separated him and his sister. Panic replaced everything as it didn’t take him very long to put two and two together. He stumbled back, before he let out a panic Scream.

“TEAGAN”

She was armless, she could be dying flung himself at the door, pounding at it, the arm still clutched in his hand. “LET ME IN WE HAVE TO HELP HER.” He screamed trying to get into the hatchery. His basic knowledge of first aid told him that they had to bind the wound, Cauterize it or stop the bleeding somehow. “PLEASE.” This wasn’t supposed to happen. Not here. Not now. They were supposed to be safe. No harm was supposed to come to them as long as they followed every procedure down to the tee. And he had. So had she! What had she done to deserve such an awful fate? He could barely see the form of his sister and then Prince Idazon was talking-- moving him out of the way gently.

He prayed that the centaur had better luck than he had, though, Rurik remembered reading somewhere that dragonglass was impenetrable--that only a dragon of glass element could do anything with it.

This was all his fault.

If he hadn’t wanted to visit this nest, then Teagan wouldn’t have lost her arm. First he had gotten lost when she had gotten shot at and hadn’t been there for him and now he had put her in this situation that had amputated her. He had only wanted a better life for them, and how had this been any better? Surviving the streets of Nondir--yea that they could do--but how could they have gotten into a situation that should have been more prevalent here than there? He spun in a direction, trying to find Someone, anyone. There were attendants, surely By now they had realized what had happened and would come rushing. What about the dragons could heal? Surely there was some around that they could get too.

It didn’t take him long to flag an assistant wandering to quickly, and not moving to far from Prince Idazon--he seemed to be trying to get the dragon’s attention--which was good--but they would need a healer. “WE need, help.blood. I can’t breathe…--blood--everywhere” He sputtered out grabbing the assistant by the arm. “She… hand…..Help.” He spoke in broken sentences gesturing to behind him, with the other arm...it was a gruesome sight, and Rurik couldn’t quite grasp that he still had Teagan’s hand clutched to himself. But the horrified look and the attendant fluttering into action quickly snapped him that he should drop the arm. Which he did or rather placed nearby in case there was something they could do with it, as he moved closer back to the dome, panic clutching at his throat.

“Oh gods, Hang on Teagan...Help….help is coming too.” Oh gods, what had he done? Blood spattered on his arms, and shirt from the arm--not much, but enough to paint a mental picture in the boys head. He felt helpless, useless. He couldn’t do anything to help besides wait and hope the dragon snapped back to her senses and let them to the Teagan. This was not how he had wanted his day to go.

Lysander to Yggdrasil, Fate Egg, Zemal, and reacting to the Insynderation of a Candidate

It was still strange to hear other people call him Father. That was, of course, his proper title despite the fact that he often introduced himself as a Brother or Cleric. Still, he bowed for the prince in acknowledgement of his title and turned his head to beam at the life egg. It was a gorgeous thing, and a promising sign if the Candidate felt it calling out to him. “Yes, by all means,” He chirped. “Please don’t allow me to intrude. Oh—“ He breathed, taken off guard as Yggdrasil lowered her massive head to gently nuzzle him.

Oh, she but she was magnificent, laid out like a lioness, elegant and powerful. To stand near her was to be dwarfed, but he didn’t feel laid low. She was careful and gentle with her gesture, so soft that he didn’t even need to struggle to keep his balance. He dared even to rest his cheek against her nose. “It was my honor, truly,” He assured her. “As it would be my honor to approach your eggs,” He trailed off, distracted by a commotion happening near the Seraphic egg, the one who’d troubled him so.

Light and color exploded across the hatchery, dancing with countless images. His eyes darted from one image to the next, mouth ajar with awe. One image in particular struck him: The Iconic image of a human piercing a dragon shell with a spear. Guilty, the word read. Innocent, the voice had told him. He stepped forward, hand outstretched, as if to implore the egg to halt whatever judgement it was about to pass on the Candidate currently touching his shell. He didn’t know for certain, but he couldn’t help but feel that something was about to happen, something—!

He cried out softly in despair as the light intensified. He covered his eyes with his arm, the sound of music flowing in his ears— And when he lowered his arm and the light faded, the Candidate was gone. A hush fell over the hatching grounds, and Lysander stepped instinctively closer to Yggdrasil. That could have been him. What if the egg had found him unworthy? How did it decide? He didn’t know the Candidate who’d approached or what she’d done to warrant such judgment, but it felt harsh.

“My lady,” He worried to the dragon near him, “Something about that egg is—“ He didn’t want to say the words. Off? Wrong? Neither of them fit. There was no word to really describe what it was, other than unsettling. Even now, he attempted to process what he’d seen and heard. He had no doubts now that this was a beast of great importance. And if anyone would know what was happening, surely it’d be a titan.

“My lady,” He murmured, obviously shaken. “What’s going on?”

Glass/Metal Izanami
Tag: Everyone around the glass bubble

Her tail fidgeted in unease as she opened the door for the candidates, looking as on edge as a cornered cat. Somewhere in the back of her mind she knew she was being a little more than slightly overprotective of her eggs but the thought of losing something else was to awful to entertain. Every time she thought of a cracked shell a cracked crystal was replaced in her mind. The agony of being truly alone in her mind and soul gnawed at her every day, changing the once pleasant dragon into one filled with anguish and torment, turning all of it to the protection of her eggs. It was almost as if she were trying to make up for the fact she could not save her rider, killed on the very back of her own dragon where she should have been the safest. Perhaps if she could protect these eggs the nightmare would become slightly more bearable.

When the Hatchery fell to an almost dead silence the mother was quick to notice for it could only mean something what not right. Her gaze snapped to the Seraphic egg as light filled the Hatchery and images plastered themselves upon the ceiling. The most predominant image caused her to cry out in anguish, gazing with distress upon the spear plunging into the shell of an egg. She did not understand what was going on as as a column of light burst from the ceiling looking like it descended straight from the heavens but between the image and the word guilty Izanami lay there panting heavily, her eyes seemed to be glazed over, reliving the horrible moment of her rider's death. She was indeed guilty, failing her young rider, a life so young yet had been so vibrant. The sound of cracking glass could be heard as her hide seemed to shatter even more, physically representing the mind of the broken dragon.

She did not feel the weight of Carpathian nor his soothing touch right away but a wave of calm suddenly spread across her mind, pulling her back from the waking nightmare she was seeing. After a moment the glazed look was replaced with clearer vision and she sat there blinking trying to reorient herself amongst the yelling. Looking down at her nest she bugaled in alarm seeing the blood spatter and candidate pressed up against the wall the younger boy still holding her arm. Realizing what had happened she instantly lowered the outer wall the sudden calm that had washed over her having reduced her levels of paranoia as well.

It seemed as if everyone were either talking or yelling at her at once and she was finding it hard to focus, her mind feeling fuzzy. She shook her head trying to clear the feeling away but it persisted. Take her quickly. The rest of you, leave. She said to the attendants who came to the help the candidate.

Well that just butters Braelyn’s biscuits...what in the world was that?!

Braelyn turned her head to look at the hatching attendant before pinching the bridge of her nose so that she could free the tears threatening to roll down her face and carefully brush them away. “It was an accident...I didn’t do it on purpose.” the little centaur insisted as more attendants began to swarm around the nest. When it was revealed that the egg was a fraud however, The little fjord gave a frosty snort. “Who would do such a thing?” The ceremony was supposed to be a major event. Who in their right mind would pick now as a time for pranks. Her ears twitched as she stamped her hooves in bitter contemplation. She felt disrespected and frankly, she had been. But it was unlikely that Braelyn would do much about it.

When Minerva arrived, Brae turned with an audible sulk before simply leaning on the the much bigger centaur. “I want to go home...that wasn’t nice at all.” she didn’t elaborate on what exactly had happened however. Once someone familiar was nearby she got up from the sands and shook herself a bit to clear it away from her hindquarters. She was about to turn to Marcus and thank him for his concern when the room filled with bright lights and foreign phrases before the beam of biblical proportions smote one of the candidates from existence. She rubbed her eyes from the offensive burst of retribution before her ears swiveled towards what seemed to be another commotion before the dust had even settled.

“Thank you for helping,” she offered the assistant a small, toothless smile. “But I think someone else may need your attention more than my hurt feelings.”

Marcus; tag Braelyn (briefly), Teagan

"I know, I know," he answered the centaur in a soothing tone. She was taking this better than he'd anticipated, and as it was soon revealed, for good reason. The ping of relief he felt that no egg had actually been broken was swiftly subsumed by an intense ire that someone would think that this was an acceptable joke to play. If he ever caught on to who that person was...

Braelyn, at least, seemed no worse for wear, and with a sigh Marcus gestured for some of the other assistants to remove the false egg. He was about to turn away, to return to his duties, when two things happened simultaneously; there was an unholy sound and a bright flash of light from above, and then from the opposite direction a sudden chorus of terrified screams. The abrupt appearance of far too much red where no red had existed before was what decided him. The Seraph egg had its own personal entourage, and if a candidate had been vaporized there was nothing he could do about it.

But one that was still living enough to bleed? Marcus bolted across the sands, shouting for people to move and shoving aside those not quick enough to do so. It was blood, a lot of blood, and he barely had time to see who it was coming from before he was pounding against the thin layer of dragonglass that kept them trapped and dying within.

"Open the door!" he barked without thought of propriety, shooting a fiery glare up at the dragon who was responsible for this. "Open the damn--"

The wall vanished and Marcus suddenly found himself catching the candidate that was trapped inside. Teagan. He didn't have time to spare a thought about how she'd ended up in this mess as he all but dragged her away from the dragonglass cube. Once he thought they were a safe enough distance away he lowered her to the ground and knelt behind her, tearing his belt off and wrapping the length of it around her bicep as quickly as his blood-slicked hands were able.

"This will hurt," he warned her briefly before yanking it taut, wrenching back on the strap of leather as hard as he could to get the tourniquet as tight as he was able to make it. It was temporary at best, but all it needed to do was keep her from bleeding to death before help arrived. Once it was wrapped and secured he hastily shrugged out of his uniform coat, his touch a bit gentler as he pulled Teagan's hand from the stump of her arm and wrapped the soiled fabric snugly around it.

"Hey, you still with me?" There was no need to call for a medic, not when he was sure that several were already on the way. What he needed to do now was to keep Teagan awake and somewhat alert and to try and avoid further blood loss, which he did by gently lifting the stump of her arm into the air, raising it above the level of her heart. "Teagan, you remember me? It's Marcus, the asshole you punched in the face during the opening ceremonies. Well, one of the assholes you punched. Definitely the less douchey one."

Idazon to Teagan/Rurik/Marcus, being slightly less than princely.

The molten flames deep beneath the Prince's hide seemed to burn as again and again, he tried and failed to bring down the glass walls, hooves absorbing much of the shock, though some of the outer sections had developed some cracking. It was lucky he was wearing the rubber-soled equine shoes, or the damage would have been much worse. Volcanic flames hissed from his hooves as well, magma clashing with each failed attempt- Until he felt the glass begin to waver under him, the heat from his element slowly wearing down at two impact points.

However, his efforts were soon nullified as the dragon chose to willingly bring the walls down, luckily before he reared back again. The black Centaur prince took hardly a moment to breathe before he noticed another human a bit close to him that he hadn't noticed before....And much to his dismay, it was this Marcus person that shot in to get Teagan before the panting being could do anything. His body was beginning to hurt, muscles that had strained were bunching up, but he refused to admit or let on that it was an issue right then. Instead, he followed the others over and out of the close area around the nest, where he paced in an upset manner, watching as the man pulled his belt free to use it upon the girl's arm.

By now, the Prince was feeling less than rational, his nerves crackling. Beneath him, the sand had somewhat melted in places into a rough and impure form of glass, which he shook away from him in annoyance. The dragon spoke, scattering the other assistants who were wise to get out of her way, since she was agitated...But so was he. He waited, watching as the bleeding seemed to be staunched to some degree, but there was only so much he could wait for. He could see the medical tent on this side of the grounds- There was one at each 'corner' of the grounds, and this one was the closest- its path led past the local Titan's nest too, and he figured the machines in that tent had less chance of somehow malfunctioning, maybe.

He sort of danced his hooves, ansey and fidgeting, before he made a decision. “I can get her to the tent faster than they can!” He declared, practically swooping down to pick Teagan up, before galloping off on his now understandably wobbly legs, tail whipping out behind him. As someone who had very likely seen him at his full speed, even injured, Teagan would likely recognize he wasn't exactly at his best. He seemed to be trying to hide his emotions but that was less easy. At least he wasn't jostling the human in his arms as he ran. “We're almost there,....” He said, ears perked forward and slipping back again from worry.

Teagan is a stubborn idiot; @Marcus/Rurik (brief)/Idazon...technically Terminus/Ciosa and Tech Egg

There was a long period of silence as Teagan struggled to take in her surroundings. Within the glass bubble, the outside world was quite muffled. She could hear Idazon’s panicked hoofbeats as they hammered the glass and she was equally aware of what must have been Rurik screaming. But inside the dome, there was only the pounding of her pulse and the soft techno beat of the sound egg tucked behind the other barrier. If it weren’t for the fact that she knew her situation was in some way critical, the little sound egg might have lulled her to sleep despite her pleading to be let out of the dome. The desperation from the centaur prince’s hammering on the dome, coupled with possibly Ida’s aggression brought the walls down, but in Teagan’s efforts to keep the blood flow to a minimum she hadn’t anticipated the wall supporting her to suddenly fall away.

Aesulla was a strange place in that the rough and tumble street urchin from Nondir had a peculiar habit of falling into the arms of well meaning men.

Being caught by Marcus was decidedly preferable to planting herself onto the sand but she would have felt much better if she were still standing; at least that’s what her stubborn thinking told her. Teagan’s feet scrabbled uselessly on the ground, dragging furrows through the sand as the stump of her arm sputtered as if in protest. When they were far enough away, or when Marcus had tired of dragging her across the grounds, she came to a sudden stop and rested upon the ground.

“This will hurt,

In her dizzy state, Teagan’s head lolled to the side as she looked at Marcus and opened her mouth to speak, likely something asinine for the occasion. Instead all she managed was an unpleasant shriek of agony. Shock was a hell of a drug, but it didn’t seem to help much with new stimulus. Though it hurt, she could not deny the effectiveness of the belt in keeping the bleeding to a minimum. As Marcus made an effort to remind Teagan of who he was, she mulled over the event in between wishing everything hurt significantly less. “Yeah, that asshole..my left hook has seen better days…” even while grievously injured she still managed some sarcasm. With the wound tended to the best of its present ability, Teagan squirmed to try and sit up and find Rurik in all of the commotion. She gave a small wave to her brother to let him know that she was at least partly okay and cognizant of her surroundings.
In a bout of bullheaded stubbornness, Teagan reached up to use Marcus’ shoulder for leverage, quite nearly clocking him in the face again, though with absolutely none of the oomph mustered during the opening ceremonies. There was even a mutter of apology before she managed to stand. There was something reassuring about having one’s own mobility. But it was not meant to last as Idazon’s frustrated hoofbeats made their way to the pair before scooping up the battered amputee. Before she could so much as babble a goodbye, she was moving again at a far faster clip than she would have liked.

“Ida,” Teagan wiggled in his arms to the best of her ability. That he was not moving with his usual fluid grace was certainly apparent despite the cacophony of sensations that required Teagan’s attention at that moment. “Ida stop!” She hadn’t meant to sound cross with the centaur, but her squirming was successful in at least dumping her back into the sands. She caught herself on her knees before dusting off briefly and patting Idazon’s heated flanks. “I’ll get there. No need to hurt yourself further on my account.” It would do the centaur no good to go lame during the Touching ceremony. Still, he had carried her halfway towards their destination and she was at least thankful for that.

In her stubbornness to move on her own however, Teagan failed to take into account just how much of a bad idea that really was. She managed for a good while before the sudden change in blood pressure gave way to exhaustion and vertigo, pitching the bullheaded candidate forward with an unwelcome collapse. The stumble would have to do for the moment as a bow, graceless as it was. Though not intentional, it brought Teagan’s beleaguered form to rest against the base of the Technology egg. She sat up, pressing against the shell for stability and leaving an unfortunate red print upon the shell.

“Sorry...I seem to have made a mess of you.”

Ozium and medical staff
Tag: Selena

Some of the first responders to her at the medical tent quickly administered some general anesthetic, as well as other treatments to slow or stop the spread of the venom. It wasn't the most powerful, or worst of ones they had seen before, likely because it was an underdeveloped ability so far. A poison dwarf dragon even helped remove some of the toxins magically as the others worked very quickly to make sure she wasn't in immediate peril. There was already some damage to her arm, and the discoloration was worrying as they sent for more advanced members of staff that had been busy.

Ozium was one of the first to arrive, a dragon that stood on two legs primarily, and was hardly taller than a normal person... And probably a good deal lighter, though he was covered in colorful feathers, and plumes, and as skinny and lanky as a twig under the fluff. He shooed off some of the ones doing first aid and looked at the wound, peeling back the temporary bandages and such. He made a thoughtful 'HMmmmmmm' sound, before spitting a glob of something sticky... Which smelled a lot like rubbing alcohol, it burned for a moment but some of the black stuff began to leech up into it. He removed it after a few minutes then did it again, before covering it up with another bandage and putting a few small straps that seemed covered in electronics on her arm at regular intervals.

"You'll need to go to a fully equipped hospital before the day is over, but you should be stable! If anything changes let me know. There isn't usually this much trouble at one of these things! Want me to suggest an egg or two that are completely safe, or do you want to leave now?" He spoke a bit quickly, but seemed to genuinely care about Selena's well being, as well as being somewhat enthusiastic about helping. It was obvious he had an actual desire to do so rather than just being someone that was good at it. He offered her a kleenex and helped fix her hair a little bit as he sat next to her, then peered off towards the sands. He could hear more screaming and yelling, and there had been a call for medics but there were plenty of other ones that were already being dispatched.

Technology Egg (And Ida) to Teagan

As the worn out Prince slowed down as Teagan squirmed and spoke, urging him to stop. He did, about the same time she managed to struggle free and fall to the sand, and eventually tripped her way into falling against the massive Tech egg. He seemed at a loss for words, perhaps ashamed of his own behavior or lack of ability to protect her. However, he did not complain as his chest heaved, his breathing hard. The pain was catching up to him and he could feel it, the soreness that crept up his legs into his body. She was right, of course. He followed her carefully, dipping his head apologetically to the Fire mother and the massive Technology Titan who had turned and looked down upon them, curious as much as concerned. At the back of the egg were piles of pieces and parts from all kinds of machines and forms of technology, from vehicle and bike parts to medical equipment.

Close by, actual medical kits that were still around just in case Ciosa had any relapse or issue. This was lucky, really. However, before anyone really saw or perceived what had moved or where, the shell of the Tech egg had moved, pulling what was left of the stumped arm into the outer shell, sounds inside the egg were curious, whirring and very quiet muttering. From the back of the egg, more or less out of view of those nearby besides Terminus, long black bare-bone looking robotic arms reached out of the shell and grabbed at pieces and parts of things, the medical box going missing suddenly too. Teagan would feel a sharp jab a moment later, followed by a blissful lack of pain. It wasn't specifically without feeling- Almost like having teeth worked on. One felt it, but not..feeling it?

This would have been of an immense relief, soothing the trauma. But the egg wasn't done yet, it seemed, as it felt like it was working up a storm inside. Sparks and grinding, drilling, screws twisting, shaping and measuring was going on in there. Another of the arms slipped between plates in the shell, and literally measured Teagan's other arm before it vanished quickly back inside the egg. This went on for...a while. At least a half hour, with a few pauses as if a design check was being made. In this time, Teagan would feel, if numbly, things touching the exposed flesh and capping it off, as well as..things? Attaching to the nerves and padding connection areas. At some point, perhaps it was a phantom limb going on, but she'd swear she could feel her missing hand flexing open and closed. Eventually her arm was let go, the shell parting only slightly to let the arm escape, before it closed abruptly, a little steam rising from the entrance. More whirring and building noises resumed not long after.

Upon the stump of Teagan's arm was a cybernetic, biotech arm. It was firebird red, with lightly sparkling texture somewhere inside it as if it'd come from a red bike or car, some stylish black lines along some edges, plates along the elbow looking like spurs that many dragons used. Really, it looked as if the dragon had cut down and modified an arm it had intended for itself to use for her. The hand looked pretty draconic, but was measured out right. And better yet, it moved, perfectly augmented motion and strength. It was possible there were other features not so obvious inside it but the most notable features were how stylishly it was designed, and that it had retractable talon-like claws off the hand. Probably not the arm she should punch people with in the future if they were at all to be left with a face.

Terminus hummed a little, looking over his offspring's work and chuckled. “I might have gone with some yellow edging but it looks good. Does it feel okay? This is going to hurt like hell when the numbing agent wears off, so you should probably rest this arm soon and maybe still go to the tent to make sure everything is lined up right. I have no doubts about the quality of my offspring's work, but one does well to get second opinions and looks, right?” His massive tech face grinned, whirs sounding with each move he made.

Idazon was staring in shock, walking over to look down at the arm...How was this possible? “Are you okay, Teagan?” he asked, quietly, unnerved. After it had grabbed her he'd worried somehow it was going to kill her but clearly it was the opposite...
