Dead
((RPing as Gilly Fidelity))

She sat in his room, her arms wrapped around her legs as she sat staring into the sea. The abandoned room was their new hide out now, and she felt disgusted with what had happened a few days ago. Sick to her stomach, she wanted revenge. She wanted to kill that son of a bitch, but now wasn't the time. Andy was asleep in his bed, he seemed so benign in his slumber, she stared to the makeshift cast on his hand and leg. He said it was alright, and he could still bash some heads, but she doubt that fully.

But she herself wasn't in good shape either, her body ached and she was bruised all over. She stared at the door, imagining if the bastards would come in and try to kill them. Gilly fingered the blade Andy had gotten, he seemed hesitant to tell her about it. But she didn't care, another thing to keep themselves alive. She pressed the button and the blade shot out, she pushed it back in and repeated the process. It gave her comfort in this horrible world, her eyes wandered.

She wanted to do something purposeful. That's when she heard a scream, she rushed to the door of the room, she opened it and stared into the hall. She walked back to the sleeping Andy, he looked at him and wondered to herself. What would he do, what would any of the Neighbor Hood do. She placed the knife in his jacket pocket, and moved over to her chair she was sitting on.

She smacked the chair against the wall, it splintered and broke and dented the thin, stucco walls. Andy jolted up, instinctively and pulled out his knife. Fidelity smirked and shaked to me her newly found weapon, a chair leg. He smiled strangley at the sight, but Glly tap her index finger on her lips. Silence.

She creeped over to the door, chair leg ready with Andy behind her. They walked into the dark hall, as she was trailed by Andy. She followed the source of the terrified scream, they lingered towards it with their weapons on hand. If anything could go wrong, it would be that one of them could get killed. If things go right, they shouldn't even find anything. She breathed deeply, and thats when she saw the body laying facedown and still. It was proping the staircase door open, with a pool of blood around it. They both tried to hold back their disgust, but failed as they sooner than later started to cough and wretch their stomachs out.

It was fresh, and the man was covered in fresh blood, Gilly prodded him with her makeshift club. But he didn't respond or anything, he was certainly dead as they flipped him over and found a cleaver imbedded in his chest. She gripped the handle and pulled it out with the sounds of dislodged bones and organs falling back into place. It gleamed crimson, and she wiped the blood on her pants.

"I wonder what the hell happened to this dude?" She said, as she keeped the cleaver readied with her chair leg. She stepped over the corpse and into the hotel's staircase, Andy looked at her adjacent from the corpse.

"I dunno, but I can guess. What are you doing anyway?" He responded.

"His murderers might still be here, I mean maybe we can go and ask them what he did?"

"And why would we do that? We don't know this guy?"

"Cmon, let's see where this takes us."

"No."

"Yes"

"Okay, fine but damn it give me that cleaver." She gripped the blunt end of the cleaver and handed it over to him handle first. He snatched it resenting his push over nature that many people take advantage of. Or at least that's how Gilly interprets his look of anger and frustration. He trotted over the corpse as Gilly smiled.

Andy knelt down, checking his surroundings. He pointed a streak of blood descending the stairs, down into the lower floors. They descended along with the blood, their footsteps sounding all too loudly against the cold steel. But as they reached the first floor, the trail became crazier and crazier.

Dead
It had been an hour or so, and they crossed the jungle, the blood streaks how subsided when they first reached the jungle. Only for footprints to take their place, and all of it lead up to one thing. A small cottage in the middle of the rainforest, they readied themselves with blade and blunt. As they entered the cottage, the blood now smeared against the walls of it seemed fresh and wasn't drying too quickly.

It was empty and cold, and the bamboo floor was damp with mud, blood, and rainwater. The pinkish water blended into a more magenta hue as they moved across the creaky room. There was several doors around them, however one had a faint glow about it. And it made noise, the noise of a man bleeding and his desperation to stay alive. That kind of noise.

They readied themselves for anything, as they burst into the room they heard the same scream as before. Gilly jumped back at the wiry man on his knees with several vines and leaves wrapped around his bleeding legs. He screamed hysterically, his blue eyes sobbing uncontrollably, he ran his hands through his black hair in terror. And Gilly and Andy just stared at him terror and mania with open eyes and wide mouths.

"Please don't kill me! Please, I have a wife and child back home," He pulled out a picture of his family. "Please. Have mercy, tell Braga you found my body but please don't kill me. Please. Please, please, please, please."

"Okay listen, buddy. I have no idea who you are. Or who this Braga is. And honestly we have no idea why you're here?" Gilly stated.

"Yo-you guys aren't Braga's crew?" He hugged Gilly and Andy's leg, and started to tighten his hold. "OH THANK GOD! Thank Jesus. Oh god, can you help me get the hell out of this death trap."

"First," Andy replied, "tell me about this." He held up the cleaver he found, and the shock on the man's eyes were tremendous.

"I-I dunno. Just, a spur of the moment thing. Braga's guy tried to kill me, eh I kill him back. Ya know, eye for an eye. Tooth for a tooth. Drugs for Money. No money, then life for money. You know."

"Uh huh" Gilly replied.

"Listen keep the damn thing, I don't care. Just get me somewhere safe. Please! I'm Kurt, by the way. Just so you know, ya know."

"Okay hang on, why should we help you? What are you gonna do for us" Gilly said, Andy's eyes questioning her's.

"Cause I-uh-have a family." He wiggled his family's photo nervously.

"Yeah that's nice and all but... we could just go and leave you here and we'd be better off with that." Andy played along.

"No-no. Okay-okay. I know some dudes, we can work out something right. I mean, we're all friends right. Just get me back, and I'll ask for some favors around town. Deal?"

"Deal."
