Since this might be necessary, for your perusal:![]() The Exceptional Elections Act Observing the general lack of interest in Ministerial Posts, Concerned that this should not unduly interfere with the stability of the region, and Confident that the matter may be rectified at a later point THE SENATE OF PANESSOS ASSEMBLED hereby declares the following: 1. The Senate shall reserve the right to call a new election at any time for any Ministerial Posts should there have been less than two candidates running. 2. The Prime Minister should appoint Acting Ministers at his/her own discretion while the Senate arranges for later elections. 3. Should the Prime Minister fail to do so, and should the Senate consider it expedient, the Senate may nominate and appoint Acting Ministers in the interim. 4. This proposal shall only be in effect until the passage of a Constitution. Comments? Suggestions? Edited by Libraria and Ausitoria, Nov 1 2013, 08:56 PM.

I think we should just implement the constitution. Everyone seems fine with it, and I have not seen any objections. I think that if no one runs for an office, then once the elections are over and the terms start, then the regional government appoints someone to fill the vacancy. |

Given that the Constitution is still being redrafted, I am moving this to vote, with the added clause that the proposal shall only be in effect until a Constitution is passed. |
