The Cabinet Administration and Forum Governance Amendment Act


Noting the considerable disruption to the region,

Deciding to provide the Prime Minister with the flexibility to respond,


THE SENATE OF PANESSOS ASSEMBLED hereby:

1. Repeals and replaces the Cabinet Administration and Forum Governance Act with the following:
1. Directs and empowers the Prime Minister to appoint any Ministers to join him in the Cabinet and to discharge the functions of the executive with a view to providing a secure and ordered structure for inter-regional and intra-regional discourse and business,
2. Directs and empowers the Prime Minister to take charge of the Forum Administration for such purposes, excluding the Senate Forums, subject to future legislation, and
3. Encourages and empowers the Prime Minister to form executive committees from Senate members to carry out any of the purposes of government that the Prime Minister specifies.
