![]() The Constitutional Conventions Noting that the Senate's legislative code now covers practically every aspect of government, Deciding that an organically formed constitution is the best way of proceeding unless a distinct one can ever be agreed on, THE SENATE OF PANESSOS ASSEMBLED hereby declares that Panessos enjoys the following Constitutional Conventions: Section I: Basic Law The Senate, as the collection of involved Nations participating in this community, is the supreme organ of this government. Member Nations shall retain all aspects of their sovereign independence. The principles of justice, liberty, free discourse, and friendship shall be considered the foundation of this government. Section II: Government The following Acts defining the government of the region shall be considered part of Constitutional Conventions: A. The Senate Membership Act B. The Speaker Act C. The Cabinet Administration and Forum Governance Act (Amended) D. The Elections and Opposition Act |
