I actually kinda like the sound of this bill, I think we need to specify on stuff a bit more first.

I agree with its intent, but maybe add a part stating it must follow all NS flag policy, which includes the message about the swastica. I think Point 3 and 5 should be taken out. Swastica's represented peace before Hitler used it. If a nation wishes to display it, they may. Freedom of Expression and Nation Rights. As for five, its too general. "Inappropriate Material" can include a large range. You must be more specific. Good first draft though.

Another idea, instead of restricting a Senate vote, why not put IC sanctions on them? Like trade embargoes...

It's literally NS rules that you can't have Swastikas.

You are right on that, my apologizes. Its been a long time since I read the "One Stop Rules Shop." They've changed some things. My opinion on Point 5 still stands.

i also think that we must define point 5 a little bit further. Just something like "such as..." would be enough in my opinion.

The GNNE is totally against this motion, as we think that a nation has the right to have the flag it wants.

@Nerod: Except having the same flag as another nation, despite being something might want, should be disallowed to prevent confusion and possible attacks under a false banner.

On my phone and didn't want to hit the quote button, lol.

Naybra is AGAINST this draft, as we believe it was not nearely edited enough. Terms need to be ironed out. Therefore, I put a motion to end voting and return the document to the drafting stage.

I'm against the FCA, but we second Naybra's motion because we think it will be easier to destroy this motion on the drafting stage.

I am not convinced that the majority should be able to force the minority to ICly embargo nations.

Yep... and I feel that Trade Embargos are part of the Ministry of Economics and Trade, my ministry.
