Greeting Final 3. Congrats to you all on your amazing effort to outlast so many others in this game. I think you all deserve to be there and I think we will get a great winner regardless ![]() Dawn: Dawn, you were an amazing ally and someone I really enjoyed working with throughout the game. You were always honest and always open with me, and although at times I was a little crazy you were always there to calm me down and talk sense into me. And we both got paranoid many times in this game and we both talked it through and decided what was best for us all the time and both felt good about every single vote we made. If there is an opinion out there that you just did what I said, that could not be further from the truth and as you have already stated you were there to save me in the early days at Hoenn as much as I was there for you and you were honest about it and were just someone I always trusted in this game, which is very rare. Especially for someone like me  And as you've said I was not your one and only, you were well liked and had great relationships with almost everyone you came into contact with. And then after Roxanne was tragically taken away from this game, I think you and I became even closer and from then until when I left you were always the person I trusted the most and always the person I enjoyed talking with the most. I think you well and truly kicked some butt inside the Arena, but even more so outside of it. Gardenia: Gardenia, you were also an amazing ally in a much different way to Dawn. You were flat out on my level girl and we just clicked immediately. You were my closest ally throughout the whole merge and I considered you my #1 ally right until F5 where I thought it would be best for my game if I got rid of you. Candice and Lucas had both told me before they left the game that you were amazing and were someone that I could definitely work with and have fun at the same time. And we sure had plenty of that. I think within minutes of me winning my battle and coming to the merge tribe we were scheming together and coming up with plans for not only that round but the next round and the round after that. I really enjoy playing the game like that, and you were the person I had the most fun working with in this entire game. I think people got a new respect for your game when people that were voted out were able to share some of the stories on the jury that others weren't privy too that you were involved in throughout the merge. When I left the game I was glad that it was someone that I respected so much that took me out. I think I was the only person in the game at the F5 that saw you as the biggest threat and that is credit to you and your game. Wallace: Wallace, we clicked pretty early on at Hoenn and I thought you and I would be great allies throughout this game. You are a great person to message with and I really enjoyed our messages both at Hoenn and then even throughout the merge. You adapted to the Sinnoh tribe and got yourself into a good position there much like Dawn did at Hoenn. And to not receive a vote post merge? I think that is right? Well that is also a truly great effort and I think speaks volumes of you been able to align yourself with the correct people for your game and I imagine the socially you were great with everyone else like you were with me. And the way you worked with May throughout the entire game speaks volumes of you as an ally. So in a way it is a shame that we were not proper allies in this game because I think we are both very loyal players and alike in that manner. My questions for you all are: D: What did you think about that dropdown puzzle at F5? Would you have completed it in the hour and 45 minutes? If you had to pick one person in the world that could've done it in that time, who would it be? And a more serious question too: What does your game have that Gardenia's game doesn't? What separates you from her and makes you the most deserving winner here? G: You mentioned earlier that your ideal final 3 was with May & Wallace and you said that was your ideal F3 out of the F5 that were left, yet you voted for May at that F5 vote. Why did you cast that vote for May? I've said that getting rid of you at F5 was best for my game, why was getting rid of May at F5 best for your game? W: You intended to go right to the end with May in this game. I had told you many times in the game that you were voted out of Hoenn because people got on with May better and they talked with her more. Did you think you could beat May at the end? And what were the reasons for wanting to go all the way with May? And then if you all get time, could you please rank the jury members on their games. Just a real brief ranking like a few words on how you think they played, how enjoyable they were to play with/against etc. Thanks Dawn, Gardenia & Wallace. I wish you all the best of luck and currently have no idea where I will vote and I will probably go over this thread a few times before I come up with who I will vote for. But as I said I think we will have a great winner regardless ![]() W

Thanks again Some answers for you as promised ![]() There's a few moves that I think were highly strategic on my part for different gameplay reasons and will give you the best info to base your decision off. Move #1 - "Adapting social appearance": (This one was a move to keep me in the game and was not a move revolving around a single vote) Telling everyone on Hoenn what I "knew" about Sinnoh (Which wasn't really anything but I stuck with the story that I belived Lucas, Crasher and Fantina were in the main alliance) and have bitch fights with you in public and complaining about Sinnoh in PMs to Hoenn members. This was Dawn survival mode but it was a strategical decision for me to do this to be more desirable to everyone on Hoenn and to give me more chances to be sneaky with Sinnoh members at the merge if I needed it. Move #2 - "Pushing a vote": Keeping Volkner. There was a general air on Hoenn that Volky would go straight back into the arena if he joined us. I did my best to convince Roxy, Wattson and Norman that we should get rid of Flanny instead because she had been hating on Volky. Of course Volk then decides to forgive her and start getting along with Flanny when he does arrive, but I still pushed for her to go that night over any other targets. Move #3 - "High risk": Getting rid of Maylene. I covered this in my response to her but it basically comes down to either letting Maylene slide through by voting May or Wally or voting out Wattson or Gardy which was not on the cards for me. If I'd been sneaky to get anybody else in the arena there was a good chance they would just lose and I'd still have to deal with Maylene the next time. Yes it benefited Gardy and Wally and Wattson and May. But it also benefited me personally, I believe significantly benefited me more because of the outcomes possible this was the BEST one for me, and that is why I took the risk of going in there myself: to keep my allies alive and take out Maylene ASAP. Move #4 - "Non-move": The definition of the non-move that I went over with Norman. It's not terribly exciting but to allow events to unfold around you without jumping in takes great awareness of the situation of the game and how people are talking to you. Wattson mixing the votes up took a huge target off my head that round and put himself in great danger. We didn't know if Gardy was planning to vote against us that night so the vote against her was a contingency plan and because she was a threat anyway. If I had said anything extra to May or Wally they would have realised that Wattson definitely was lying and would switch their votes back to me. If I said anything to Gardy she might have told May and Wally if she was working with them, or freaked out that we were voting for her and joined them anyway. Making the strategic and smart decision to not poke your neck out is sometimes the best option and is itself a move worth mentioning. My ideal F3 was Wattson, Wally and Me. Wattson was my loyal ally and I imagine he believed he could beat me at the end, I think I could have done the same, so we were never going to betray each other. It makes sense to go together, but if I lost him along the way it wasn't a total loss because I'd still have a friend on the jury who I had a good shot of earning the vote of. Wally is loveable but I think many people would attribute his moves more to May, and it was safer to take him over others since May and Wally turned against the trio of Fantina, Rocky, Maylene which would probably put those three votes toward other finalists. I always considered May a rival and threat - she had made a lot of visible moves that could win her favour. I felt we had a bit of a bond going on even though there was only 1 time in 12 votes where we worked together  I expect her vote would likely go to her friend Wally but there's a chance she'll cast it for me instead ![]() Wattson was my closest ally for most of the merge and we talked strategically about every vote in great deals. I hit him up with some daily "Dawn Paranoia" so we could think about all the possible scenarios that might happen in the vote if somebody was going behind our backs to try and get us both in the arena, and he gave me some "Wattson Paranoia" too I think he would value my merge strategic game the most out of the jurors as he got the biggest private dose of it. I was sad to lose him but it didn't necessarily hurt me that he was on the jury and may vote for me.Maylene was a fierce arena beast and she spent a lot of time focused on Gardenia being the threat we were letting through to the end, so it's not surprise she values Gardy's game so highly now. Her vote breakdown of being 90-9-1 for Gardy-Dawn-Wally isn't entirely a shock, but I think she should be giving me better odds than that ![]() Rocky was the hardest for me to judge because we never really had paths that were going to cross. Of the people on the jury, Candy is the only one I bonded with less. His vote could go anywhere for a multitude of reasons. Fantina, yourself, I always thought we had a great little thing going on when we talked at the merge and while I knew I'd have to work for your vote still I thought I had a good chance at it and that our chats would have benefited me - especially if I was facing Wattson and Wally, but still even now against Wally and Gardy. Of the people not on Hoenn I think you valued my game there the most which I really appreciate ![]() Volky, I love this dude so much and I think I could have earned his vote even over Mr Wattson. He did have some great bonding with Gardy and May though so there was always a chance he'd go for someone else. Norman, I also love this man a lot He can totally abandon May and adopt me instead In the current F3 I think and hope I have his vote, but in my ideal F3 Wattson would've been a good second option for him and I'm not sure which way he'd have gone.Candy has always been a Gardy vote, and if Gardy wasn't here then I don't know where her vote would go. The two of us never really got to speak or be strategic together so her vote for me would've just been a wildcard I'd have to earn at FTC ![]() You only need to consider voting for me tonight, because if we break down the game's elements into Strategic-ness, Challenge Whorey-ness and Beauty (I mean, Social plays) then I have played all three the best out of anybody here. I've made the moves I've needed to make when I needed to make them and when it was best for me. I've been a whore in the arena and used the reputation to my advantage before it was ever proven, and I've adapted myself socially to swing back from that first vote to make it here today while doing my best to be liked by everyone on the jury

Hey Rocky ![]() May - I disliked how May was targeting me most of the late merge, almost to the point of stubbornness. I think she under-valued Gardy and Wattson and might have paid for that in the end. I love the talks I had with her, about jobs and Pokemon. We were never working together but we talked every round and I enjoyed all of it ![]() Wattson - I disliked how chaotic Wattson was sometimes, especially on Hoenn, and how he reveled in it  His fights with Fantina were a bit mean sometimes but I was counting on their hatred for each other to win me a vote over Wattson if we'd gone to the end together. I will always love him though, he was a shining light for me in the merge after we lost Volk and Norm and was great to talk through all the scenarios with ![]() Maylene - I hated how Mayelene argued with Volky. I don't even know how that started  If Volk had stuck around to the point of being in Wattson's place, it would've hurt our chances of working with Maylene and would've sucked. She was a fierce competitor and I liked how much she played on that fear to try and get people not to vote her in. Rocky - I hated how our relationship was fluff like you said I don't think you had me in your plans at any point except that F7 vote where you wanted me to vote for May. If you'd talked to me earlier and given me a reason to risk my life for yours I might've taken it, but I think this one is a two way street here so I don't blame you You're always nice and level-headed and I like your helmet ![]() Fantina - OMG her accent hands down  I appreciate the effort that goes into it but it hurt my brain a lot. I thought I'd say I disliked the mean things she said to me pre-merge here but that's what I liked about her. It was fun and I gave as much back  Volkner - He got totally depressing on Hoenn with his always wanting to sacrifice himself!! I definitely disliked that. But I of course love him as I've stated a lot this FTC. Being my solid go-to-dude on Hoenn allowed me to further my game so much. Norman - He was always very quiet. I know some people say I didn't get to talk a lot at times but Normy was even more quiet He was always a solid ally though and one of the first to make me feel like I would survive on Hoenn.Candy - I dislike that she self-voted on Sinnoh because of she forgot to vote That always annoys me when people do it but I don't know the circumstances around it so... She has a nice bubbly attitude ![]() To me, your  made me think that you thought our relationship was a bit comical, because it was to me. We never really got into deep conversations or strategic talks, we probably had less than 10 messages total sent to each other, but we were still pretending we believed what we were offering to each other. I also hope you found me amusing and that was a second meaning to it ![]() |

Hey Mr Wattson Thanks for your kind words. It melts my cold ice queen heart (Just kidding I'm not an ice queen, but you still melted it!!)That dropdown looked horrible but to be honest I think I would have been able to finish it even though I'd been talking for weeks about how scared I was of it. I had been preparing for a while just in case it came up and I was ready to fit in key words like Pokemon, Egg, or Trainer (well that one didn't show up  ). I've also done more study on common two, three, four and five letter words and would have found all the That's and These's. I'm confident I could have beaten it within two hours if my life was depending on it If I could pick one person in the world? Probably David Astle from Letters and Numbers. He's really good at word puzzles.![]() I think I sorta covered what I have over Gardy in an earlier response that I will put here again: You only need to consider voting for me tonight, because if we break down the game's elements into Strategic-ness, Challenge Whorey-ness and Beauty (I mean, Social plays) then I have played all three the best out of anybody here. I've made the moves I've needed to make when I needed to make them and when it was best for me. I've been a whore in the arena and used the reputation to my advantage before it was ever proven, and I've adapted myself socially to swing back from that first vote to make it here today while doing my best to be liked by everyone on the jury. So I think if anybody regards Gardy and I were of equal stragic-ness, then what separates us is my excelling in other areas of the game: Brawn and socialising to the point of being well liked by those being sent to the jury and even those lost beforehand. Even on the first vote a lot of people said they felt bad or were sorry for voting me, and this attitude toward me being likable is something I've worked with and kept up until today!! ![]() Jury's games: Wattson - You were very strategic and always involving yourself in convoluted plots I loved talking votes with you and I assume many others did too. Obviously sucking up for your vote by putting you first But I do totally mean it you were the person I talked strategy with most so I naturally have the highest opinion of you.Fantina - There's a reason you were identified as a threat who needed to be turned against by your allies and it's most likely because they thought you were running the show at that point. Great fun to play against ![]() May - That we were never on the same side of things but I still loved talking to you is testament to your gameplay The F8 vote was crazy and a lot of its credit goes to you. Whether it was the right time or not you were able to pull it off. Super-fun to play with ![]() Maylene - I think your #armyofone was the best play you could have made in your situation, even if nobody voted along with it and it didn't work out for you in the end. Your arena skills scared me but a challenge is always fun so I naturally enjoyed playing with you ![]() Volkner - I think the only flaw in your game was wanting to nominate yourself for the arena so much  It took some convincing to get you to know you were in a safe position with me on Hoenn but you were awesome in the end ![]() Rocky - We didn't get to talk much in the merge and I don't know a great deal about your Sinnoh game so I'd have to have a FTC for you to get to know your side of the story more You were always pleasant to talk with, so enjoyable too!! ![]() Norman - People love you and only ever doubted you because you were quiet. I totally would never blame anyone for being like that because I'm guilty too now and then and you never know their circumstances  I enjoyed meeting up with you and laughing at Byron together ![]() Candy - I've said before I know the least about you and didn't even get a chance to talk to you at the merge. Sorry girl!! It was nice to share a couple of messages ![]() There you have it Wattson I don't think there was anyone I didn't enjoy at all this game (except maybe Lucas, but I'll have to talk to him afterwards to see what was up between us  )

Hey May!! ![]() The rocks were totally weird but I'll try to explain why I went along with it. #1: I was confident that if I drew the rock I could pull off a win. I didn't want to risk volunteering so close to the merge and just missing out, but with rocks there was a good chance I wouldn't be the one to draw the purple. I know this seems contradictory to me being willing to go against Maylene and risk it later in the merge, but that was an All-In situation for me. I didn't know how strong my Hoenn allies would be in the arena - they may have been stronger than me for all I know, so I was willing to let them go in over me. With Maylene I had a better idea and felt like I was the best chance at success ![]() #2: It was already mostly agreed that we wouldn't go behind each other's backs. I could have voted for somebody by myself, but then I'd have made Roxy, Norman, Volky and Wattson super-angry  What if the person I chose won and came back? Then I was GUARANTEED to go into the arena the next round and my chances of making the end with people who still liked me on the jury were screwed. #3: The odds were ever in my favour. 1 in 5 are pretty good odds, especially when you present it as a 4 in 5 chance that it wouldn't be me. Risks are worth it if they pay off and for me they did ![]() #4: There was a chance somebody else would do the sneaky business. I was confident Volkner wouldn't have voted for me if he didn't want rocks. I was confident any of Roxy, Wattson and Norman would have chosen Volkner over me if they didn't want rocks. In this scenario I was safe ![]() So that's why I was willing to go to rocks both times. The second time Mr Wattson pulled out the sneaky business and triggered point #4 above. It was a calculated risk for me where the payoff outweighed the risk, and where the odds were more in my favour that things would go my way if somebody decided they didn't want to draw rocks. I think it made more sense for me to go with the tied vote plan than anybody else in that five!! |

Just chiming in to say thanks Final Three for your responses. Gardy, I fell asleep before you posted yours, so I have read everything now. ![]() You want me to boil it all down to jury votes (which I'll get to in a minute), but lemme ask this: what are jury votes if you don't have the chance to get them? Ultimately that is what the flip boils down to me, because sticking with you guys would've made the road here far more difficult. If we let the three of you survive that vote in tact, you could have dictated everything that went down from that point after; despite the minority votes counting it was always going to be someone from the "others" voted in. And eventually it would've had to be me. In a PM, Maylene, you've said to me that we could've talked it out because you wouldn't wanted to face Roark and Fantina either - but that is entirely different from May and I flipping because Fantina and Roark were most likely under the impression that you would've went to the F3 with them, and as such in a situation where you flip, you are not in the receiving end of the votes. If we wanted to do something, it had to be that round. I will say that I was definitely under the impression that Gardenia's flip hinges on our flip. Like I've said before, the 4-3-2 was in some part my idea as afaik she thought it was a solid vote and there would be no vote-splitting (but if I'm wrong on this and if she knew about the split then correct me on this - but for my sake let's say she didn't know). If she's not clued in she likely doesn't vote with Hoenn that round, and the 3-3-3 split goes through and on the re-vote Wattson and Volkner duel. But the next round Gardenia makes her move regardless, and it can go two ways (since the vote would be 3-3-2 with a Sinnoh and a Hoenn dueling): a, The Sinnoh wins, and due to the make-up of the game Fantina/Maylene/Roark control the rest of the votes (and by this I mean that at least one dueler is the person they want in) and me getting to the end highly rests on who wins the duels. Even if the three of you can be broken up by a flip the next round, it all depends on duels and IMO that is far too much risk to take, especially for someone like me who isn't all that good in challenges. b, The Hoenn-ee wins, in which case Gardenia sticks with them because she's been so eager to get away from Sinnoh and those three control who goes in at least on one side. The Sinnoh-three was going to be broken up regardless of what May and I did, but with what went down we could actually carry some favour with Hoenn instead. My duel-time wasn't too hot, and even though in that case May/I/Sinnoh/Sinnoh alliance is still going strong I would've stood a good chance of being voted in because I could've been an easy opponent in arena. Most votes were dictated by strength, and given how this newfound Gardenia-Hoenn alliance was actually down in numbers they would've homed in on the weakest member. That is what I avoided by going with Hoenn. It is highly hypothetical, sure, but since we're talking about a format so dependent on who wins a duel there are thousand possibilites of what could've gone down, and I think the one I've said above is a damn likely one. It also puts May and I in moreso a power-position, which can't be ignored. This was our one chance to take control of what went down, and we had to take it. Suddenly we had options of what we wanted to do for the first time since basically the very first round. And we exercised the given power p well, I think. Had we stuck to our guns we are once again in a position where we have to vote a certain way and like I've mentioned in the previous paragraph, eventually we would've been in more danger. I also have to mention that I was more than happy to go along with May on this. She's been my best friend and she wanted this just as much as we did for the same reasons. You asked in your Part B who I credit the flip to, and although idt I ever claimed that the flip was all me (I think? correct me if I'm wrong, and sorry if I did), but it was definitely the two of us. Not Wattson and not Dawn. With Gardenia it was moreso a common fear from the same fate that brought us together, we definitely didn't flip because she made an effort to make the flip oh-so-alluring. Overall I just think that the flip presented a clearer path. You're probably right in saying that had I randomly made the final three with two Sinnohs I would've had a jury moreso in my favor, but from my point of view it would've resulted in a riskier route - and like I said, that means nothing when you can't get there to harvest them votes. At this point tbh I'd rather not even go to the jury speculation, because we both know where that would lead. I've seen enough juries be completely unpredictable to have the hope of snatching a vote here or there. And I know I've just typed this all out for naught and you probs disagree but I still think it was the better move for me. |

![]() Not at all, I wasn't "planning" to be a goat. I did play to my easiness to beat though, to propel me further. My game was to get to the end without ever being in any danger and then maybe get respected for it. Like I've said in my opening I'm super aware of my flaws and shotcomings and I've always known that a potential FTC for me is going to be hard after the flip, but like I've touched on it on Maylene's question it was going to be hard for me to win regardless or flipping or not. Believe me, if I could have messaged more and of more subtance, I would have. I've never fucked this game off, hell all of my votes were cast from the stolen wifi of a Burger King. I know that this is an uphill battle for me and I'm fine with that. |

![]() You're right, my activity gradually worsened through-out the game and most definitely around the merge, and I'm sorry for that. No excuses for that, the game was always needed to be played here and I should've stepped it up more. But I was not dragged by May. Yes, most moves were made available due to her social pushes here and there and I'm not going to deny that, but look where she ended up due to that. I knew I was always going to have a hard time with timing, so I made the most of May. I know this is not exactly the kind of answer juries like to hear, but it's the truth. - I thought it meant you were disappointed in me for dropping the ball socially. I don't think you were mad about the flip per se, but how it was handled and how our messages got shorter & shorter.
