Congratulations again to the Champion of the 2nd Pokémon World Tournament: Dawn ![]() This Cast Reveal will involve comments from myself, Misty, Blue & Sabrina. Probably too much to actually read as it is ongoing but w/e. Needless to say we adored this cast and have lots of positive feelings so gj! In undertaking a second season the difficulty lies in recreating the magic in a different way while keeping in the spirit of the original. I believe y'all owned it in that regard. gj again ![]() The lurkers would be first except I can't find my list of who is who so Brawly will be first instead

![]() 20. Brawly (Bad-Asp) ![]() Compared to most first boots in these games the reasons you left are not quite as tangible, with Hoenn still in the early stages of developing their dynamics and it simply became necessary to unite against someone, who ended up being you I'd never seen you play one of these things before so I had idea what to expect, but I appreciate that someone who was a late replacement and ended up leaving first continued to check in consistently to follow the progression of the game. Your portrayal of Brawly was spot-on and against others in the cast you might have found a way to survive the Stadium, but Sinnoh inadvertently sending in their best challenge performers early meant it wasn't meant to be for you or the other early Hoenn eliminations. Thank you for participating! ![]() Considering how stacked this cast was and how much everyone was delivering, the first boot was always going to be a pity. You were active, enjoying the game, and left with players that had wanted to keep you in. In a 20 person game, that's really the most you can ask for in a first boot. It seemed like early Hoenn was a tangled web of alliances and pairs among 9, and you were the one on the outside. You were the least connected, even though a lot of people liked you and you wouldn't have been their first choice. It almost seemed like you were a compromise decision. Despite your short stay, you brought a lot of fun to Brawly the character and to the game as a whole. It's bad luck that your competitor ended up being Dawn, who is one of if not the strongest challenge competitors! Thanks for playing. ![]() ![]() I already wrote this once but then Gramps deleted it, smh Anyways, I don't think you really lasted long enough in this to make a huge impact on me, Brawly. I liked you and appreciated that you were in character but just as I was starting to get to know you, you were gone I think you just made the fewest connections during the opening weekend and it made you an easy target. It was great to see you pop up in loser's lodge every now and then, at least. One of the better first boots I've seen if that is any consolation.![]() Quite unlucky and it is always sad to see such an active and involved character leave as a first boot. Unfortunately you had to face Dawn who would go on to prove she is very handy in challenges. Depending on tonight's result, you could even say it took the winner to take you out! |
