The old growth is still in bloom!
|
You're too kind to this bland old man. What happens next at Kalos? I only really have two areas to work with and I don't plan on selling out Wulfric which is a possible third option as he is in a similar position to myself as far as being up against it. The first option is to leak information that Calem wanted Viola gone when Serena was sent packing - that could turn the tide where people feel they have numbers enough to cut him loose. Leaking that information to Burgh may be my best chance as I know he can't wait to blab that information without me seeming like I'm scrambling if I did it directly. The second option is to try and chip away at Burgh being unstrustworthy and likely to sell people out. Calem already has doubts about him and he is already raising Burgh as a possible vote this round. If I can play on his connections at Unova and how he played the Serena vote (voting for Korinna but claiming he was in the majority) in a subtle way that could also be an opening. |

And who is near the bottom. If I was to rank this tribe currently I'd have it as 1 - Viola 2 - Serena 3 - Olympia 4 - Calem 5 - Burgh 6 - Clemont/Ramos 7 - Clemont/Ramos 8 - Clemont/Wulfric Ideally I know I won't be 1-2-3 but I want to climb up to at least mid pack to give myself some options if I am to stay alive in this and have options. |

It would appear my fate depends on Olympia. The way I understand things right now is that Viola, Serena and Burgh are voting for me. Calem has pondered voting for Burgh and has asked Wulfric, Olympia and Clemont their opinions. Whatever Olympia decides will be the way that Calem, Wulfric and Clemont vote. If it is me I enter the Arena and will try to align with Unova if I win through. If is Burgh then that adds another level of complexity. Truth be told I think it is easier for Olympia to cast me adrift, most people are expecting it and it has the least repurcussions. If she goes against Viola and Serena then it will be an uncomfortable time for her and the dynamic at Kalos I don't think she wants to face it. Either way, I'm trying to state my case, but I'm also not fearing the Arena if it comes to that. |

Are people on either side willing to face a tie if it came to that? Is that to say you need all five? Do 'they'? |

I doubt it, I know 'they' have the numbers already and I need to turn the tide the other way. My sticking point is I see Calem and Olympia as one. After the Serena vote I can't see them voting differently to each other. Even if I entertained a tie where the likely outcome would be Ramos : Viola, Serena, Olympia, Burgh Burgh : Wulfic, Calem, Clemont, Ramos I'm sure Calem will side with Olympia in a re-vote and not the other way around. Plus I feel Wulfric and Clemont are more interested in protecting their future game than taking a gamble on rocks and would side with a majority. |

I'll be going tonight to put a cap to a very dull couple of days. When people decide to only speak to their alliance it gets very boring without being able to invest in your character or the theme. (I'm old has worn thin  ) This is why I gravitate towards themes I'm familiar with. That is pissing me off more than getting voted out. I give Viola credit for at least taking time to respond even if it was 99% talking down to me, but Serena, Olympia and even Burgh (now he can't get any more intel) replying maybe once a day have made it unenjoyable - I'm sure I've said this before now to prevent this being sour grapes. ![]() For someone who knows there can only be one winner and plays more for the interactions than to win, it does not sit well seeing this game play being rewarded. So I've been working on how I'm going to sell out those who voted out Valerie. If people are happy to make it unpleasant for me, I will do my best to return the favour. Bring on the Arena and Unova. |

Thanks. If I need a host to start this off for me, at this point, I expect to be preparing and starting this challenge around mid morning AEST (probably some between 10 and 12) |

That is my 1am-3am. Knowing my patterns, I will probably be here. You will need a host to start your clock/give you the images, yes. |

Plenty of US-based hosts around too. Which would be.. *counts on fingers* ..8-10pm, or avvo/evening depending on Coast? Just make sure it's a time that suits you, someone will be around. |
