I was thinking, in the old times, the refs updated whenever they wanted to, not when everyone was finished attacking. That way, it went a whole lot faster and it was easier to them. SO the question is: do you want to go back to that? Here are a list of pros and cons:

Pros
-More updates because reffs will be less stress
-More to read and less mistakes
-The game won't die
-The rounds will go a whole lot faster

Cons
-Won't be able to dodge certian attacks
-Won't get to attack as much

Just keep in mind, the less attacks causes the less amount of dodges, and that way you won't waste three attacks just simply dodging rounds and more so of attacking. That is why I cannot win anymore.

It's up to you to decide.

If you have any ideas for more pros/cons, say so.

I thought you did that already...

Sounds great, but you should wait at least a day before posting a reffing, or people won't get a chance.

Definitely when the refs can. But, like ST said, there has to be some time limit before you can update.

of course the convenience of the refs matter, but they must somehow consider a time limit [e.g for each 6 rumblers, 12 hours is given to give out commands]

so this would end like for about the start of each rumble of 12 there'll be a day to deal commands, and the moment it reaches half, half a day to give out orders

it sounds hard [and crazy], but i'm only putting my 2 cents

Ray, your idea is nice (The time limits) But, as with a lot of things concerning PRR, time zones matter a lot. When you give 12 hours, someone could miss it.(It would be hard to miss it but it's possible)

Let’s do like we did/are going to do with some other ideas. Let’s try it out in a round.

point taken...

that means we all have to know what timezones each rumbler are in and have another test round?

idk

When the refs can. It is almost impossible for me to do the last update. Also, a couple of days could be fine. Most rumblers are almost frequent on SPPF, at least once a day. But most people should be able to get an attack or two between reffings. The average amount of attacks in could be something like 1-1.5 per reffing..

I won round 28 as Celebi!

After 'researching' the refs that make use of this rule and that ref a lot, I came to the conclusion that this rule is kind of unfair to a lot of people on the world.

Those refs are SC and EA. And because they live in the same city(You could even say in the same street) they update at around the same time. People that live in a -2 time zone to SC and EA’s have an advantage over the other rumblers because they can counter the attacks aimed at them and their attacks usually can't be countered by people living farther away (Europe and farther/ +3 time zone to SC and EA’s and more) because they are off line when the attacks are launched and can't get on before EA/SC updates.
