The Rare Yellow Kyurotem Posts: 27 Group: Rumblers Member #62 Joined: April 2, 2012	Ok, so, I wanted to do a rumble on that Contest Hall stage since I never got to ref it, so, yeah. Have a side rumble. With luck it might continue after that ~~if it actually finishes the round~~ Rules are the same as the main PRR rumbles. History: Round 1 - Contest Craziness (Only Pokémon owned by a Coordinator in either the Pokémon anime or a Pokémon manga may be used) Winner: Mismagius (mitchlord/Psiionic) Round 2 - RNG Rules (Each competetor will be given a fully-evolved random Pokémon decided by a RNG, with abilities also being RNGed) Winner: Rounds 3 and on will be determined if we get that far.

Neither has Sabrina, for that matter, but a trainer in the anime (Kenny, to be exact) does have an Alakazam, so that choice will work. (Also, Sabrina is the gym leader in Saffron in Kanto; Goldenrod is Whitney in Johto, just so you know)

Now, I am indeed signing up with an Intimidating Mightyena (due to Ruby in the Manga). However, thise wolf-like animal has a name, like all my particpating Pokemon. This Mightyena is named... In the small spotlight hovering over center stage stood a young man dressed in a dapper tuxedo: microphone in one hand, a small remote in the other. To his left floated a small Rotom who held a clipboard. At his right an Espeon sat, watching the audience with disinterest; it had seen its fair share of rumbles, and had grown accustomed to them by now. Raising the microphone to his mouth, the young man began to speak. "Welcome everyone to the first ever Contest Rumble! Now, normally I would go on a long welcoming speech, but today I decided to just cut to the chase, so, without further ado, our contestants!" Behind him the large curtain slowly slid open, allowing the first rumbler to float out into view. Immediately the spotlight shifted to the Pokémon, who quickly scared the audience with its large eyes. After a few flaps however, the crowd realized the menacing eyes were merely wings of a Masquerain. The insect fluttered around the spotlighted area for a few moments before moving out of the way as the next Pokémon leaped out into view: a small wolf that carried itself with the poise of royalty. One by one the contestants continued to come out onto the stage until all ten stood, floated, or flew in a U-shaped formation facing the audience. Excited? Well of course you are! It’s not like you can do this in some video game or something. The contestants all start off on blue rectangular stage. Surrounding the stage is a bunch of audience members, they don’t really do anything except be people. Now on the edge of the stage is a table with one person sitting next to it, the judge. This Judge will change at the end of every turn and right before the judge leaves will rank the Pokémon’s performance that round from best to worst. The judge will pick these ranking based on the style of that round. The six styles are as usual: cool, beauty, cute, smart, tough, and derp; this will be shown at the beginning of the turn on a giant screen in a corner of the room. The judge will make their decision subjectively on the style in any fashion that seems fitting to them. With each rank you will receive as follows: 1. +20 HP and +5 to random stat (or +1 for speed) for the next 5 turns 2. +15 HP 3. +10 HP 4. +5 HP 5. Participation Ribbon, which can be used only in the next reffing to gain 5 HP, 10 Stamina, or +5 to a random stat (+1 for speed) for the next 2 turns [Decision needs to be made clear within your post] 6. Nothing 7. -5HP 8. -10HP 9. -15HP 10. -20HP and a random status effect Once per turn anyone may get a random set of clothing (anything you can think of) from the dressing room. You can take as much clothing as you want during this one trip, but cannot return for more clothes later in the ref. This clothing article does not affect the rumbling in any way, but may affect the ref’s decision on your rank. Furthermore, put on some pants that show your butt and walk with your back hunched over. Themn, swing your front paws to-and-fro as you walk so as to look like a gangsta' from the hood. Now, show some swag as you Snarl at the moon to show how cool you are--acting like a werewolf which is all the rage nowadays. Yes, this whole thing will likely just be jokes. ~Gryoine

Battler Posts: 87 Group: Rumblers Member #59 Joined: March 21, 2012	Alakazam, get red's hat, some epic black glasses (with termo sensor and Xray vision), lance's Cape and a pair of running shoes. Once you do that Activate your ability and use Round To protect from the snarl, then do an epic Fonsy(or howeever you spell it) face with your glasses slightly out making appearence of your eyes and say a classical "Heyy".

Activate your ability, and use Hail Or, use Hail, then activate your ability, whichever makes more sense to do first. (Get it? Hail = Ice = Cool? xD Yes, I know that was bad.) I miss having Telepathy already.

IF your able to over power the rounds, hit everyone but still be protected then use bug buzz IF the power of bug buzz will for some reason not do even the smallest of damage then just use round After that grab an Vannalish costume and parade aound in your sunglasses (I would say that bug buzz would damage first simply because if two sounds were to clash and one is more powerful you would be able to hear it over the smaller ones. Sure the smaller ones would weaken the louder one but you could still hear some of it so the bug buzz(in my eyes) will still hit everyone just do less damage depending on the total damage of the round...but thats just how I see it)

Round Fucker Posts: 234 Group: Rumblers Member #51 Joined: January 26, 2012	Cacturne activate your ability and then go to the dressing room. Now put on a Powder Blue Tuxedo, monicle, and Fedora. Then pick up your pimp cane and strut your stuff. While the snarl/rounds/bug buzzes are going on stick in the dressing room to look for a pair of kickass fish shoes. But if staying in the dressing room will still cause you to be hit by the sound moves use round to counteract them.
