He carried papers with the name of Juan Martinez, date of birth 4/13/70, but his identity was not able to be confirmed. DescriptionHe is Hispanic and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a moustache as well. He is 5' 5" tall and weighs around 130 pounds. He has several tattoos, including the letter "B", the name "Lupita", a picture of a jaguar, and the word "Tijuana". He has a large scar on his right knee. He was wearing a white t-shirt with "Pulmcroft Family Fellowship Camp" and black Nike hightop tennis shoes.
