DescriptionHe appears to be Hispanic or Caucasian and is 5' 2" tall and 191 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes, no facial hair, and no tattoos. He has a scar near his nipple and another on his lower back. He was wearing black pants and a blue shirt. He also has very distinctive dental work on his front two upper teeth.
Scientific InformationHis DNA has been entered into the CODIS national database and a copy of his dental x-rays are on file.
