CircumstancesThis man was found near 17th Avenue and Buckeye after bystanders heard arguing and gunshots.
DescriptionHe is Hispanic and is 5' 5" tall and 144 pounds. He has curly dark hair and brown eyes, with stubble of beard and moustache. He had a very large old surgical-type scar on his abdomen. He was wearing black pants and a green and black jacket-type shirt. He had a wallet but no ID was in it.
Scientific InformationHis DNA has been entered into the CODIS national database and a copy of his dental x-rays are on file.
