CircumstancesThis man was found on a sidewalk near 43rd Avenue and Glendale Road. He died of natural causes.
DescriptionHe is Hispanic and is 5' 2" tall and 124 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes, and also has a moustache. He has an old scar on his lower abdomen and some hypopigmented skin on his abdomen. He was wearing a ring that was silver colored with a clear stone in it. The ring appeared to be similar to a "class ring" and had the name Juan Jose Ruiz inscribed in the band. He was also wearing black dress pants, black tennis shoes, a white sweater, and a brown belt.
Scientific InformationHis DNA has been entered into the CODIS national database and a copy of his dental x-rays are on file.
