By Matt Frazier

FORT wORTH -- A criminal defense attorney and former Tarrant County prosecutor who had been reported missing for several months was spotted Sunday by an employee in a phone store in west Fort Worth, police said.
About 6 p.m., Sheila Ruth Randolph, 49, walked into a Metro PCS store in the 8600 block of Las Vegas Trail, where a missing-person flier had been posted.
The employee, whose name was not available, called police, who talked with Randolph for more than an hour.
Randolph told officers that "she had experienced financial difficulty resulting in her having to relocate," Fort Worth police spokesman Daniel Henderson said in a news release Sunday.
Randolph appeared to be in good health.
Police still do not know why she stopped communicating with her associates but consider the case closed.
Randolph was reported missing in November by an aunt living in Massachusetts.
