Circumstances of death
This victim was a passenger in the front seat of an Intrigue Sedan which was involved in an accident striking a power pole. This started a natural gas fire destroying vehicle. The driver reportedly escaped and ran from scene. Vehicle was pulled away and the victim was found slouched over in passenger seat. A bystander, Israel Gonzales stated that his uncle, Juan Herrera (55 yo) had gotten into the front passenger seat of a vehicle just like the one involved in the accident at around 4:00 am. The bystander is no where to be found at this time. It is possible this bystander and victim are undocumented in the United States.
