The victim was discovered on September 16, 1999 in Key West, Monroe County, Florida.
Estimated Date of Death: 1999.
State of Remains: Not recognizable - Decomposing/putrefaction.
Cause of Death: Possible suicide.


Estimated age: 40-60 years old.
Approximate Height and Weight: Height is estimated at 4'10". Weight is estimated at 140 lbs.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Black with moderate gray approximately 4.0 cm in length. Legs were unshaven.
Race is unknown. Eye color is unknown.
Clothing: Charcoal colored swim trunks with pockets, cotton brief underpants,
a cut-off tank top with a pink flamingo emblem.
Jewelry: One rope necklace with a glass amulet attached with a coiled wire,
and one beaded string bracelet on her right ankle.
Dentals: Not available.
DNA: Not available.
Fingerprints: Not available.

The victim's remains were discovered on a derelict cabin cruiser floating off Sigsby Bay, 150 yards north of Rat Key near Key West.
An anonymous tip came from a man who said he was her boyfriend and claimed she was suicidal.
He said that she called herself "Cinnamon" and that she never told people her real name.
Cinnamon died of a possible alcohol and amphetamine overdose. She left behind a poem about life and death,
and information that the boat's owner would soon be back from Alaska. .
