* The victim was discovered on May 27, 1991 in Jackson County, North Carolina
* Estimated Date of Death: 4-8 Weeks
* State of Remains: Decomposed

Vital Statistics

* Estimated age: 50-70 years old
* Approximate Height and Weight: 5’6 1/2”; 120 lbs.
* Distinguishing Characteristics: Gray hair; well-healed 4" scar, right upper quadrant of abdomen; circumcised.
* Clothing: Red sweater; gray trousers. On side of trousers near left front pocket there are splotches which appear to be white paint. Sizes of clothing unknown.
* Fingerprints: Partial prints available
* Dentals: Available

The victim was found off an embankment on Tiller Creek in the mountains of in Jackson County, North Carolina on May 27, 1991.
