The skeletal remains were found adjacent to an apple orchard, located on Rt-610, in Fredrick County, VA.

Comments The teeth show no sign of dental care; 5 of 16 teeth were lost antemortem and each of the remaining 8 teeth have cavities. The lack of dental care suggests perhaps some local of protein in early childhood and poverty or other block on dental care in adulthood.
