Two Months Later, Police Continue Search For Missing Woman

After more than two months, Anne Arundel County police are still trying to find Jessica Lynn Lee, a Brooklyn Park woman family members said has been missing since May 8.

The police department's Missing Persons Squad is still working with the family and surrounding law enforcement agencies to locate her safely, police spokesman Justin Mulcahy said in an email.

"Numerous foot patrols have been conducted in areas she is known to frequent and fliers have gone out to law enforcement and citizens. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the Anne Arundel County Police Department," he said in the email.

Lisa Marie, who said she is one of Lee's best friends, said she hopes Lee returns home soon to care for her 1-year-old daughter.

"The last time I talked to her was the day she went missing," Marie said, who lives in North Carolina. "She said she was going to a party, but I don't know what kind of party it is."

Officers spoke with a family member on May 13, who said Lee, 20, was last seen at the Shoppers Food Warehouse in the 5700 block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park, according to a police press release that was issued in May.

Police said family members are concerned for her safety and well being.

Lee is known to frequent the Brooklyn Park and Glen Burnie areas. She is a white woman, standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair.

Marie said Lee's family is offering a $1,000 reward to the person who can help locate her.

Anyone with information on Lee's whereabouts is asked to call the missing persons unit at 410-222-3588 or the police department at 410-222-8610.
