Bio: Known in the beginning by his full legal name. Showtime Brooks was an up and comer in the WWE developmental program for years. His ability and gifts did not go without notice and quickly was recruited by MVP to become his tag team partner. In the years of 2007 and 2008 they would dominate the tag scene winning the belts twice before jealousy between the two would set in. In the end Brooks would have the last laugh or so he thought when he won the WWE Intercontinental Championship from his partner after they lost the tag team titles. Brooks would hold the title for quite some time until an injury would force him to relinquish the title and ultimately leave the WWE.

Brooks would not give up on wrestling so easily. In the middle of 2009, Showtime would find himself once again in a ring as he joined RCWF. It was August and the Deadly Games PPV would be the introduction. Showtime representing the Meltdown brand would win his first matches in the cage over some tough veterans. However, the remaining match would not be as rewarding, nor would the next ten matches. Showtime would suffer loss after loss until he was finally traded to the Fallout Brand. It was there where he would befriend Eddie Cool and the two would go on to create the fan-favorite tag team: Cool-Show. Cool-Show had a lot of success early on but couldn't capitalize on their momentum losing three straight PPV's to the Dead Zone for the RCWF Federation Tag Team Championships. It was then, they decided they needed help from another veteran, Nathan Moore. The three would create A.N.D. vowing that this time it was going to be different. During the run with A.N.D., Brooks would find championship gold once when he finally defeated John Kaos his long time rival for the X-Division Championship. The victory and celebration would be over quick, as the title became defunct the next night. Brooks sought after the U.S. Championship also in Kaos' possession but to no avail.

As A.N.D. dissembled as Eddie Cool would join forces with rival John Kaos and Mr. Highlight to make another stable. Brooks would find himself again on his own. Brooks won some high profile matches but couldn't win the ones needed to stay in the title picture. He was then approached by Far Beyond Better who were taking a page out of their book in the dungeon and banding together once more. Showtime accepts their offer and creates a sub-team with Brandon Richards. As the Showtime Role Models, Brooks and Richards would capture tag team gold 3 times before Richards was sidelined with injuries. Teams that were bidding for the title during the time were Dark Bullet, B.O.W.S.S. and the team of Vic T. Myser and Buzz who ultimately walked away with the combined gold after defeating Showtime Brooks and C.A. White.

Showtime would remain in the stable but would once again return to singles' competition until the eventual breaking of Far Beyond Better. He came close to winning MITB but it was ultimately won by Domino. At some point, he would return for a few appearances as part of Royalty but feeling the effects of failure and overall displeasure with the way things were going, Showtime would go out on a long hiatus away from any type of federation. Sitting on the sidelines didn't suit him well however and he would once again make his presence known.

Brooks returned to QZW just in time to make waves in the Ascent's Chase. He didn't miss a beat and would ultimately be the true winner. However, it was decided that both himself and Metal would face the champion at the time Norns in a triple threat match for the QZW Championship. In the match, Brooks would pin Metal only to lose to Norns a few minutes after. Once again Brooks would be on the title hunt heading into Season 3. It would turn out to be his year finally. Brooks was once again tearing through opponents in one on one matches. And for the first time in his career, he would capture a world championship. The next PPV after he would lose said title, only to regain it once more, only to lose it yet again as Season 3 closed unexpectedly. In those matches he would take on long time rival Green Void, Jarek Vanders and Dark Phantom respectively.

With Season 4 just starting and his stable mate, Razor Sharp, the new QZW World Champion, Brooks took a backseat and a mentoring position to younger talent within the stable of Far Beyond Better. Throughout most of the season he was shown to be the weak link in the group on many occasions coming up short or getting the shit kicked out of him. As turmoil grew between Krimson and Sharp, Brooks reluctantly took sides but didn't join the fray. Instead, he kind of just disappeared. He returned a "Shinigami". With the purpose of reaping the souls of the wicked, Brooks began to take on a more physical, more pain inducing, style of wrestling. He was pitted in a short rivalry with up and comer Alec Aurelius that concluded with Aurelius getting the best of him in a submission match. He thanked Aurelius and went back to the drawing board....Enter Season 5.....

Shinigami Brooks decides not to enter the Ground Zero match whether by choice or other unknown circumstance. He does however win his first match against the returning Enyeto. Brooks would later begin to receive weird warnings coming from an entity named Neburi warning him of a return of one Mr. Troupe. Rather than face off with Eddie Cool at Night of the Immortals which seemed to be the clear path Brooks was trying to take, he would end up going against Troupe in a losing attempt. Behind the scenes, Brooks and Cool were plotting something more. They decided to draw up a scheme to make sure that Eddie Cool was in Money In The Bank, would be victorious, and would use it to win the QZW World Heavyweight Championship. After a couple of tag matches fell through without wins, Brooks would find himself on another losing PPV streak @ Filth's Cross but Cool would go on to become the World Champion with a cash in later that night. The next week Brooks would lose a 6-man match for a number 1 contender's spot for the United States Championship. Currently, Brooks has been warning the federation and world alike at the impending war that is about unfold in QZW. No one knows, besides Brooks, if he is telling the truth or not. If he is the landscape of QZW will change drastically.

L.C.E. enters the scene promising to take over QZW. Led by Shinigami Brooks and the QZW World Champion, Eddie Cool, both men planned a takeover of the federation. Over the next few weeks Brooks would be tested by one of the company's most dominant stars in Josh Wolfe. Brooks would go on to win the rivalry, beating Wolfe in two of the three encounters. Brooks would then go on to face off and defeat Domino and subsequently be told that he would be main eventing Altar of Pain with his co-partner in crime, Eddie Cool. Brooks would wrestle once more before the major showdown, losing to former stablemate Razor Sharp. Brooks would also come up short at Altar of Pain losing to Eddie Cool, but didn't seem to be bothered one bit by the loss.
