I would like to propose a law in which all children above the age of 5 must attend a military school with exceptions for the mentally and physically disabled. All children must take besides the basics ( math science, etc) classes on economics, marxism and marxist history.

Is this proposal not out of touch with the current gravitation towards reform within Cuba? This type of education will make it very difficult for our nation to modernize in the future.

No, it would make the children of Cuba to be loyal and if need be, already trained soldiers. And by giving them courses in marxism, etc they can become more intelligent, productive members of society and would also give them more power to critique/help improve our government.
