You know the drill High Plains Drifter - 4/5 This was another Clint Eastwood western. Eastwood plays the nameless, little speaking vigilante he always does, and makes a decent job as always. The plot isn't really anything mind blowing, but it's not boring at any rate. The movie highly revolves around Eastwood and the other characters have little space. The ending leaves some questions which is pretty usual for his movies. |

I miss this D: Angels & Demons - 4/5 Sequel to The Da Vinci Code (which I never saw). Great photography, smooth acting, and overall a story you can get into. If you don't know a few Catholic things, you'll be a little lost. Obi's in it :3 |

Terminator: Salvation - 4.5/5 Excellent use of the source material that puts T3 to shame. Dialogue was rushed at times and they kept reusing the ol' hit-me-in-the-face-and-watch-me-slowly-bring-it-back-to-where-it-was shots, but who cares. It was badass and explosive! Oh yeah, Bale started slipping into Dark Knight mode a few times. RIP Stan Winston |

Notorious 4/5 It was a great movie, I just felt they left out a lot of the information about the beef between Tupac and Biggie. |

Land of the Lost - 3.5/5 I liked it, but kinda wish I understood what was going on more. Guess the randomness is what made the original show so popular along with the good writing. No spoilers, but it felt like there was little sense of urgency in the story especially in the ending. And one scene just draaaaaagged on forever. Matt Lauer can suck it!! Drag Me To Hell - 3.5/5 Great throwback to Raimi's earlier movies (Evil Dead <3!), but it had few interesting moments and overused the suspense build-ups too much. A good one to see with your girlfriend o.o |

Shawshank Redemption: 5/5 Watched it a few days ago for the first time. Excellent movie. Boondock Saints: 4.5/5 It was a low budget movie made by a cast of C or B list actors, William Dafoe being the only one to become a major actor in the years following. The movie simply has a simple charm that got me from the very start. It is not the best movie, but the message behind it is strong. Hannibal Rising: 3/5. It was good, and the story itself is a great addition to the deep immersive story of the psychopath and cannibal Doctor Lector. However everything seems to be too much of a dry presentation, and lacks the immersive and submerging feeling you get from truly great movies. |

![]() Up - 4/5 Normally I would rate Pixar movies among the highest, but this one felt different. The message seemed too serious (as opposed to the green one WALL-E had) and the villain was especially a real douche, even by Disney standards. Cute moments abound though. Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen - 4/5 Defiantly not a great movie at all. However it is a summer blockbuster that is intended to be humorous and action packed, which it was. Not expecting great things from it and knowing that it wouldn't mean shite as far as a story goes, it delivered on the humor and action, though there were a few parts that kinda dragged for a few minutes when they tried to be dramatic. |
