Cammy Carnage walks through the curtains. She scans the crowd and the lights dim to near darkness. :Cammy Carnage: If you're 555, then he's? The crowd chant, 666! :Cammy Carnage: If you're 555, then he's? 666! :Cammy Carnage: If you're 555, then he's? 666! 8 7 6 6 6 5 4 3 2 1 YEAH Reaper walks through the curtain and scans the sea of maggots. He begins his walk down the ramp. I'm a pop star threat and I'm not dead yet got a super dread bet with an angel drug head like a dead beat winner, I wanna be a sinner an idolized bang for the industry killer a hideous man that you don't understand throw a suicide party and I'm guaranteed to fuckin snap it evilsonic, it's pornoholic breakdowns, obscenities, its all i wanna be. He slaps a few high fives as he walks calmly to the ring. He climbs up the outside of the near turnbuckle. If you're 555, then I'm 666 If you're 555, then I'm 666 He points to the crowd. Well if you're 555 He points to himself. Then I'm 666 (whats it like to be a heretic?) If you're 555 then I'm 666 (whats it like to be a heretic?) He hops into the ring and walks to one of the eight corners. He throws up the devil horns with both hands and then returns to his relaxed position against the turnbuckle waiting for his opponent. "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" by The Smashing Pumpkins begins to play to the sold out arena. The music, accompanied with pulsing, red strobes, fill the arena as Lance Gideon steps out through the curtain. He pauses to look around the arena before making his way to the ring. He slides beneath the bottom rope of the ring, walks to the nearest turnbuckle, and ascends the pole. On the middle pad, he bumps his chest in taunt with his fingertips before opening his arms to the crowd--accepting whatever reception they shower his way. He jumps down, turning back to wait for the match to start. Singles Match Reaper vs. Lance Gideon As soon as the bell was rung Gideon sprung into action, almost as if he was picking up from where he left off at the last show, as he drilled Reaper with a hard clothesline to send him down to the canvas. Reaper rebounded back up but Gideon gave him no time to come to his senses and was right on him again, backing him up against one of the sets of ropes and nailing him with solid forearm shots to the jaw until the referee forced the break. Gideon backed up for long enough to allow Reaper to pull himself away from the ropes but that was all the time he was willing to give to his opponent. He went straight back on the offensive again, rocking Reaper with repeated blows to the head and gut, alternating between using his hands and his feet with enough ferocity to keep the masked man from having any chance of defending himself. After wearing him down with combinations of strikes, Gideon pulled him into a grapple, hit a hard knee to the mid-section and threw him overhead with a huge belly to back suplex. Continuing his assault without giving Reaper so much as a chance to take a breath, Gideon attacked his downed opponent with multiple stomps and elbow drops before pulling him back up to his feet. Reaper was again rocked by Gideon's martial arts expertise as the experienced man went to work with more strikes before putting him down again with a snap DDT. He seemed to be contemplating a cover for a few seconds but decided that he wasn't done yet and pulled Reaper back to his feet before punishing him some more with a variety of powerful takedowns, tossing the former GEW star around the eight-sided ring like a ragdoll. Once it became obvious to everybody watching that Reaper was more than out of it, Gideon taunted him a little bit, showboating before dragging him back up to his feet, only to send him right back down with a hard European uppercut. Grabbing one of Reaper's legs, he stepped over him and locked in the High Roller to put him out of his misery. With Reaper having no energy in him to even tap out, the referee called for the bell, declaring Gideon the winner. :Mick Crellin: What a great way to kick off Revival! Lance Gideon for the second show running, completely decimating Reaper and sending a clear message to everybody in the back! He ain't here to mess around! :Stevie Howard: At least we didn't have to sit through Magnum and that chick the monster almost killed last week. I guess he scared her away and Mark must have really put a beating on Mags, because neither of them showed up! Oliver Creed is seen alone, he was standing in a hallway glaring at a mirror, the camera began to slowly walk up behind him, trying to get a good ear of what he was talking about. No one was around him, he was just talking to a mirror. :Oliver Creed: I told you that I don't need you......I don't care what you represent....I don't need your help. There is a long pause as Oliver looks to be irritated about something. :Oliver Creed: My edge is fine, I'm not going to listen to some VOICE inside of my head do you understand me?! Oliver stops, his body turns towards the camera, which startles the cameraman and prompts him to march away, he stumbles a bit and falls down. Oliver hovers over him, the camera getting a glimpse at the two. :Cameraman: I was just, uhm, listen I was just trying to-- Without warning Oliver flings the guy up by his collar, the camera only gets a shot of their feet. There's heavy breathing as Oliver keeps him close. Oliver shoves him away lightly. :Oliver Creed: ...What did you see? :Cameraman: N-Nothing, nothing at all, I just came around and saw you uh, preparing for your match. :Oliver Creed: ... Oliver turns away and walks back to the mirror. :Oliver Creed: You can leave, I don't want an interview. :Cameraman: Oh, well, then I'll...yeeeah. The cameraman picks up his camera and turns it towards his face as he walks off. His face seems scared as he widens his eyes at the lens. :Cameraman: Ho...ly....shit. He turns back around to see Oliver pacing back and forth in front of the mirror set up backstage. The camera pans back towards it's destination: Getting the hell away from Creed, as far as possible. :Mick Crellin: Well that was... odd. :Stevie Howard: Yeah, no kidding! He better hurry up, though! He's up next! The beginning tones of "Down From The Sky" hit and run for a few seconds before being abruptly cut off by a static hiss. The his runs for a second, before the arena goes quite and the lights all dim to black. Silence hangs in the ait for a few moments, before "Power Through Fear" begins to pound through the speaker. Divinity will rise and destroy I am the wolf amongst the sheep And I will erase all the things that you hold dear The first words enter the song and a very dim spotlight highlights the man on the ramp, hooded and head bowed. He stays totally motionless as the song continues, small amounts of light beginning to flicker from the lighting system overhead. No more heroes, no more Lies No more saviours on which you can rely Shane Tallin raises his head and pulls the hood from his head, the lights brightening on cue. He smirks in a devilish fashion before letting his eyes slip around the arena. He takes a few steps forward and begins to make his way down the ramp. I was created from self righteous tears Not from devils not from demons But from those from preach power through fear Shane pulls himself on to the arpon and walks his way slowly to one of the ring posts. He stops and gives the crowd another glance before climbing it and propping one foot atop the post. For once in this life I scorched the skies I am the remedy to humanity I'm the dirge of those who died I'm the devil turning glass into the sand The shadow on the wall I'm the subtlety of endless sleep For this demon is a man Shane begins to speak to the crowd as the chorus hits, Pointing to himself, the ring and the crowd before raising one arm slowly to the air. He drops it and stares out at the crowd, his smirk holding firm before twisting and dropping in to the ring. The song plays a chilling melody, then suddenly a loud boom explodes from crashing drums, as the lights flash a blood red, signalling "Miseria Cantare" by AFI. Smoke slowly oozes from the stage and Oliver Creed emerges slowly upward as red strobes flash around behind him, shining brightly with a black cross in the red light. Oliver methodically strides down the ramp, dressed in black and red short tights with a white cross on the back of them, along with black kneepads and black and red kickpads, and lastly with black wrist tape on both wrists and a single elbow pad on his right arm. Oliver looks at the crowd, the camera gets a close up over his left eye which is white with a cross on the pupil. Swiftly, he springs over the ropes, his feet a foot above the top set of ropes. He does a spin which transitions into a kneeling position into the middle of the ring. His head slowly raises towards a burning white spotlight that appears, he places his hands together in a praying motion, then slowly lowers his head with a stern expression. He stands and walks to his corner, turning his back towards his opponent, gripping onto the top ropes, and giving a icy glare until the bell sounds. Singles Match Shane Tallin vs. Oliver Creed Creed immediately came flying out of the starting blocks and took down Tallin with an unexpected jumping knee strike, catching him off-guard. It didn't take long for Tallin to get back to his feet but Creed didn't give him any chance of trying to swing the momentum in his favor as he went right back on the attack with an array of punches, kicks and chops to Tallin's upper body, forcing him to stagger back into one of the eight corners. Creed climbed up onto the middle rope and started raining down hard fists to the head of Tallin until the referee told him to break. After leaping down, he grabbed Tallin by his long hair and pulled him out of the corner before whipping him against the ropes and launching him with a belly to belly suplex as he came back. He went for the cover but barely got a count of two before Tallin lifted a shoulder off of the canvas. Unfazed and not really expecting to get the win from that, Creed was soon back up again and dragging his stunned opponent up with him. After planting a hard kick to his gut to double him over, he hooked Tallin's head beneath his arm and lifted him into the air, stalling for a little and then dropping him down with a brainbuster. Again, he went for the cover but only got a two count from the referee. This time when Creed got up, he waited and took a few steps back, allowing Tallin a little time to recover and get back to his feet on his own. He struggled, clearly finding it hard to shake off the damage that Creed had delivered without mercy, but made it up eventually. He wasn't up for long, however, as Creed bolted forward and sent him right back down with a running boot to the face. The crowd roared as Creed taunted, obviously enjoying the demolition of Shane Tallin right in front of them. Creed took his time, circling Tallin and yelling at him to get up. He tried to but too slowly for Creed, who was clearly smelling the scent of victory as he approached his opponent, who was now up on all fours. Creed pulled him up the rest of the way, nailing him with a hard knee to the stomach once he was up. He lifted Tallin into a suplex position, spun, and drilled him with the Purgatory's Circle! Diving into the cover, he counted along with the referee's count of three. :Mick Crellin: A very convincing win for Oliver Creed, but I still wonder what was going on with him earlier! :Stevie Howard: Who cares? Tallin just got his ass kicked! After it looks like he has finished getting ready for his match, Kameron Chase comes out of the men's locker room. He looks to be finishing with the athletic tape at his wrists. An audible clicking can be heard further down the hall. Distracted by it, he looks down the hall to see that it was a woman's shoes on the hard floor backstage. At the angle and distance, most of what can be made out is the back of a woman's head; blonde hair reaching down to her shoulders. Watching her as the woman turns down a side hall, Kameron looks to be just as confused as anyone else when the woman turns to him slightly with a tilt of her head before moving out of view. Sighing, Kameron turns in the other direction, heading for the ring, shaking his head and wiping at his forehead. :Stevie Howard: Who the hell was that? Whenever I see strange women, I usually go the same direction as them. :Mick Crellin: I don't know. It looked like even Kameron was trying to figure out if he knew her. I don't think security makes it a habit of letting just anyone walk around back there. The opening riff to "Let it Die" by Ozzy Osbourne echoes through the arena's speaker system as the lights dim. A few seconds pass before a golden light focuses on the top of the ramp. Standing there is a regal looking Sah'ta Thor who is wearing a white furred red satin kingly mantle with a matching crown (ala Lawler). In his right hand is a royal scepter studded with gems. The light takes on a reddish tinge as four women dressed in varying colored corsets come out from the back and surround him. As the the lyrics start up the group starts down the ramp as the women dance around him. Once at the ring Thor hands the crown and scepter to the woman before shrugging off the royal robes. Thor is now revealed to be standing in a pair of black jeans and a red t-shirt with a golden pattern of the Seven Deadly Sins with the words Sin Incarnate in white. He pulls off his shirt revealing his scarred toned muscular upper body. He turns and starts pacing in the ring as he awaits his opponent. The intro from Army of Anyone's "Father Figure" plays for a few seconds before fading into a silence. The lights in the arena dim to a state of almost complete darkness as a growing echo takes over the sound system. A single blue strobe light pulsates with the vibrations, becoming stronger as the echo gets louder and as it reaches it's climax the house lights brighten slightly as Union Underground's "Natural High" kicks in. "SUCH A NATURAL HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH" Kameron Chase throws back the curtain and makes his way out onto the staging area; a smug grin on his face as he glances around the arena through his Aviators while the blue spotlight shines down on him. "I'm not your saviour; no fuckin' lie, I'd kill myself to stay alive, Forget the future; regret the past, No present tense is gonna last. Naaaaaaaaaaatural (It's a natural) Hiiiiiiiiiiiigh (Such a natural), it's a..." Raising his shades up onto his head Kameron starts down the ramp towards the ring at a relatively slow pace, absently slapping the hands of a couple of fans. "Naaaaaaaaaaatural (It's a natural) Hiiiiiiiiiiiigh (Such a natural), it's a... Swimming in a sea of a jealous tide wont wash your hate away, Selling your soul for a piece of mind; can't buy yourself today, Ain't it funny how the power, the money, the consistency of the truth, Bleed today but laugh tomorrow in the burden of our youth." As the instrumental takes over, he hops up onto the apron on one knee. Holding onto the middle rope, he takes one last glance around the arena before getting to his feet and climbing into the ring through the ropes. Kameron rounds the announcer, making his way over to one of the corners "Swimming in a sea of a jealous tide won't wash your hate away (Such a natural high) Selling your soul for a piece of mind; can't buy yourself today (Such a natural high) Ain't it funny how the power, the money, the consistency of the truth (Such a natural high) Bleed today but laugh tomorrow in the burden of our youth (Such a natural high)." Standing on the middle rope in the corner, Kameron points a finger out at the crowd surrounding him, muttering inaudible words. He slaps his chest, nods his head and then jumps down from the turnbuckle, taking off his shades and handing them to the referee as he jumps up and down on the spot, ready for his match Phoenix Championship Match Singles Sah'ta Thor vs. Kameron Chase Thor and Chase sized each other up for the first few moments of the match, neither wanting to commit and risk giving away the early advantage. Somebody had to eventually, though, and it was Thor, who lunged towards Chase and forced him into a collar-and-elbow tie-up. They struggled against each other for a little while before Chase began to overpower his opponent but, before he could do anything, Thor slipped out of the lock-up and switched to grab Chase in a waistlock from behind. The taller man managed to pry Thor's hands apart but was then nailed with a hard axe-handle to the back of the neck, causing him to stumble forward a few steps. Thor hit the ropes behind him and ran at Chase, who turned just at the right moment, allowing Thor to connect with a flying forearm smash to send Chase to the mat. Thor was quickly back on his feet and preparing his next attack as he allowed the other competitor to rise. As soon as Chase was up, Thor ran at him again, this time nailing him with a running high knee. Chase fell back into the corner but Thor pulled him out again quickly enough and grabbed the Natural Disaster in a headlock, which he quickly fought out of with a series of hard punches to Thor's ribcage. Chase straightened up and opened up on Thor with a combination of kicks to the midsection and forearm shots to the jaw, backing him up against the ropes and then shooting him across the ring. Thor rebounded back and Chase nailed him with a dropkick before covering but only getting a count of two. Once they were both back on their feet, Chase again went for the striking route, but Thor saw it coming and countered with a hard kick to his stomach, setting him up for a DDT. Chase was quick to counter, though, and dropped Thor with a DDT of his own instead, getting another two count from the referee. Again back on their feet, Chase backed Thor up towards a corner with some more hard punches, connecting each time with the smaller man's temple. He backed up and then ran at the turnbuckle himself, leaping with one foot on the middle rope and then the other on the top one and jumping off with a roundhouse kick, looking for the Three Mile Island, but Thor saw it coming and ducked to avoid impact. With Chase down on his front after the crash landing, Thor took the chance and grabbed a leg, hauling Chase into a Boston crab and leaning back with it as far as he could. Crying out in pain, Chase struggling to break free from the hold and eventually managed to crawl his way to the rope for the break. Thor shook his head and then got up to his feet, waiting for Chase to rise as well, patiently. Once both up, Thor grabbed Chase and looked to be setting him up for the Parasite's Eve but he struggled to lift him as Chase held his ground, eventually managing to break free completely and hit a solid kick to Thor's gut, doubling him over. Wasting no time, Chase ducked his head between Thor's legs and lifted him onto his back before dropping him with the Mental Maelstrom and holding for the three-count. :Carly Mitchell: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match and the FIRST EVER Reborn Wrestling Phoenix Champion… KAMERON CHASE! :Mick Crellin: Kameron Chase is the Phoenix Champion! What a match! It's always a good one when those two go at it! :Stevie Howard: Better luck next time, Thor! Hey, Mick... Just think... If Erin somehow manages to win the next match, RW will have its own power couple...thingy! :Mick Crellin: Indeed! And, judging from the way she disposed of Kameron Chase last week, it's a definite possibility! :Stevie Howard: Eh, my money's on Mark... But I wouldn't be disappointed if Erin won. She's smokin'! :Mick Crellin: As usual. The camera cuts to a corridor backstage, following behind Becky Benitez who seems to be looking for somebody. At the end of the corridor she suddenly slows down and a smile comes across her face. The camera rounds the corner to reveal Troy Gafgen. :Becky Benitez: There you are! I've been looking all over for you! Troy smirks and places a hand to his mouth :Troy Gafgen: Little ol' me? What's the occasion? He chuckles as he goes for a hug. Becky giggles and steps forward, accepting and returning his hug. :Becky Benitez: I just wanted to wish you good luck in your big match tonight. Smiling, she takes a step back again and looks up at him. Troy looks her up and down. :Troy Gafgen: I wish your were out there with me tonight...you're the perfect girl. He gasps as he realizes what he said as he turns a little red. Becky giggles again and ducks her head, cheeks flushed. :Becky Benitez: Oh, stop. I'm far from perfect. Troy nods. :Troy Gafgen: You are to me...you always have been. Becky blushes, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear and then looking at Troy again. :Becky Benitez: Well, thank you... Troy kicks his feet...and looks at her with a smile. :Troy Gafgen: What are you doing after the show? I'd love to take you somewhere nice where we can just talk...maybe dancing? He chuckles, laying out the bait. She smiles at the suggestion and shrugs her shoulders. :Becky Benitez: I don't have any plans right now... I'd love to go somewhere with you. She blushes a little bit again, smiling more at him. Troy smiles, running a hand through his hair. :Troy Gafgen Awesome! Maybe if everything goes right tonight I'll also be the Reborn champion...bit Becky, just getting to talk with you already makes me a winner. Cheesy, but true. :Becky Benitez: You're such a sweet talker. Becky laughs, prodding him playfully in the chest. Troy laughs and looks her in the eyes :Troy Gafgen: Don't you think it's time a knight comes and sweeps you off your feet? Smirking a little, Becky nodded her head. :Becky Benitez: It would be nice, yes. Troy grabs her hand :Troy Gafgen: Let me be your knight. With that he kisses her hand. She giggles and blushes, then nods her head. :Becky Benitez: Okay... Deal. Now go out there and win the big one! She winks... and with that, the camera cuts back to ringside. "Adrenalize" by In This Moment begins playing, arena lighting changing to a slight blue with it just before Erin Daniels pushing aside the curtain at the entrance to come out. Brown hair tied back into a ponytail, Daniels makes her way towards the ring in her attire of black tank top and pants, a blue stripe going down the side of each leg. At ringside, she reaches up to grab the middle rope, using it to springboard herself up, black knee-high boots finding their hold on the apron easily before slipping in between the top and middle rope. :Stevie Howard: Hey Mick, have I mentioned that Erin's hot? :Mick Crellin: Maybe I'm crazy, but I think you have. Definitely the wild card in this title match is Miss Daniels after having come out of no where to find herself as a possible champion. The lights go down as "Crying Like A Bitch" begins to play. The crowd starts to cheer as Troy Gafgen makes his way out from behind the curtain. He raises both arms into the air and yells "It's GO TIME!" as he gazes out into the crowd. "Strut on by like a king. Telling everybody they know nothing. And long live what you thought you were. And time ain't on your side anymore." Troy begins to walk down the ramp as he slaps some of the fans hands. He then turns to face the ring and he stops. He gives himself a couple of slaps to the head and chest before running and sliding right into the ring. "And so you tell me, I can't take my chances. But I told you one too many times and you were crying like a bitch! And you wonder why, no one can stand you. And there's no denying you were crying like a bitch…you were crying like a bitch!" Troy stands in the middle of the ring and soaks up the applause from the crowd. He walks over to the turnbuckle and tosses his arms up in the air, before hopping down off the turnbuckle and smirks. :Mick Crellin: A GEW Hall of Famer in his own right, Troy definitely looks to be a contender in this match. :Stevie Howard: GEW's gone though, Mick. This is RW, got to move on, man. The arena plunges into darkness as the opening of Fozzy's "Blood Happens" begins. Blue and red strobe lights flash around as the heavy intro comes to life and Mark Chapman pushes his way through the curtain as the lyrics begin, Aviators covering his eyes and a smirk on his face. I'm a street sweeper Scene stealer Double-barrelled key keeper Living my life on the fly Mark makes his move toward the top of the ramp, taking a long glance at the crowd around the arena before starting his walk down the ramp. I'm a code breaker Faith shaker Armor-plated earthquaker Not gonna stop till I die He leans over to the right side and slapping the hands of a few reaching fans before moving to the other side and giving a lucky select few the same treatment over there. The time has come To raze the place to the ground The time has come And now the hammer will pound It's time to run When the fists start to fly The time has come When you're hit you know you can't deny... He runs the last few meters to the ring and slides in beneath the bottom rope before jumping up to his feet. BLOOD HAPPENS! Before the second verse can begin, he takes off his shades, and hands them to the referee, then runs over to a turnbuckle, jumping up to the middle rope and pulling his shirt off over his head. I'm a grave robber Shell lobber Crimson-shaded heart stopper Wearing the crest of a knave He looks over the crowd, scrunching the shirt up into a ball in his hands before throwing it into the audience. I'm a night stalker Street walker Dirty-dealing back talker Won't ever see me again :Mick Crellin: And last but not least, Chapman, one of the men responsible for RW coming out from the ashes of what GEW was. :Stevie Howard: Yeah, I can't remember how many times I've thanked him for the pay check over this past month. The song fades out as the chorus is about to come around again and Mark hops down from the turnbuckle, jumping up and down on the spot and waiting for the bell. Reborn Championship Match Triple Threat Erin Daniels vs. Troy Gafgen vs. Mark Chapman At the start of the bell sounding, Erin and Mark faced off with her ducking under outstretched arms. Seeing the opportunity, Troy came from Mark's blindside with a clothesline. Erin took advantage of him being out of position and off balance, landing a kick to his midsection before grabbing his arm and twisting it to flow into a standing armbar. Having Troy hunched over from the armbar, Erin spun to land a sharp kick to the face and knock him onto his back. Seeing Mark starting to gather his wits and get back up, Erin jumped up to one of the nearby turnbuckles to jump off as Mark was getting to his feet and landing a missile dropkick to his chest. Troy was getting back up now. Seeing it, Erin kicked her legs up and out to jump up, connecting with a hard standing side kick to the side of his head. The burst of energy, though, caused Erin to fall back. After wasting seconds, she crawled over to where Troy lay to cover for a pin but he kicked out at two just as Mark was coming in to drop a forearm on her as she lay against Troy. :Mick Crellin: Erin's inexperience might've come into play there with not going for the cover right away. Going for that cover would be instinct for a veteran. Having Erin stunned from not expecting the hit from behind, Mark followed it with multiple forearms to the back of her head before lifting her up and dropping her behind him with a Full Nelson Suplex, holding for a pin fall. Luckily for both her and Troy's chances in the match, Troy broke up the pin fall with a kick to Mark's exposed stomach. Troy pressed the advantage, landing a few more blows on Mark as he struggled to get back up and cover himself from the attacks. The whole time, Erin didn't move, only laying on her stomach and holding the back of her neck and head. :Stevie Howard: Mick, I got to go. I think Erin might need some mouth-to-mouth CPR. :Mick Crellin: Easy there, Stevie. Here comes Kameron. Focus in on the two veterans and not the hot chick for once. Kameron Chase rushed down to ringside, yelling for Erin to get back up. Elsewhere in the ring, Troy continued to press his advantage over Mark who never really got a chance to regain himself yet. After a couple of moments, however, perhaps through instinct, Mark blocked one of Troy's incoming shots and nailed him with a kick to the stomach in return, then dropped him to the mat with a DDT. He looked at Troy and then to where Kameron stood outside of the ring, deciding against going for the cover and instead yelling at his cousin to "get the Hell out of here. :Stevie Howard: Uh-oh. I don't think Mark's too happy that his cousin is out here cheering on his girlfriend. :Mick Crellin: Doesn't look to be, and we all know what happens when those two don't get along. Kameron ignored Mark completely, waving him off and then banging on the apron, trying to will Erin back into the match. Mark shook his head and then turned around, right into a kick to the stomach from Troy, who followed it up with a swinging neck breaker. :Mick Crellin: Chaos Theory! That's it! We have our first champion! Troy dropped down for the pin immediately but the referee only got to two before Mark somehow got one of his feet to drop onto the bottom rope. Slamming his hands down on the mat in frustration, Troy stood back up and looked over at Kameron who was still on the other side of the ring where Erin was starting to show some signs of life. Kameron for the most part ignored Troy's taunts in his direction. Too focused on Kameron and Erin starting to move and getting back up, Troy never saw that Mark was getting back up and sneaking behind him. The roll up pin was easy for Mark to pull off, but Troy kicked out again at two. :Mick Crellin: Damn! That's twice this thing was within a hair to being over and we had our champion. Getting back up from the near pin to win, Mark never saw Erin at his side until it was too late, only feeling the series of kicks and strikes to his body. The sharp jab to the side of Mark's head sent him falling down to the mat in a heap. Troy now to his feet went for a punch which Erin ducked under, following with a kick to his stomach and lifting him up by the back of the head to bring him down with her as she fell back, dropping his face down into her knees. :Mick Crellin: Five Sting Serenade on Chapman! Into Dust on Gafgen! Who'll Daniels pin? :Stevie Howard: I swear I've seen that move with the knees somewhere before. Can one of our production guys check into that? The fans at ringside stood up in anticipation of what they were about to see. Erin fell down to her knees quickly before moving to pin Troy for the three count. :Mick Crellin: My god! She actually did it! RW's first champion is the wild card! :Stevie Howard: I think I can say this because we're streaming and not on TV, but holy shit! I knew she could do it. Well maybe not but don't tell her that. I just lost a bet I put on Mark… :Carly Mitchell: Ladies and Gentlemen, here is your winner, new and FIRST EVER RW Reborn Champion, ERIN DANIELS! It looked as if Erin could not believe it at first, even after hearing the ring announcer. Kameron climbed into the ring with the match over to have Erin jump at him to wrap her arms and legs around him. The cheering of the crowd sounding deafening. :Mick Crellin: To be honest, I wasn't sure she would do it either, Stevie. I knew she'd give it her all but I thought it was going to be down to Mark and Troy. But if there's anything about RW, tradition and the expected get checked at the door. This ain't your daddy's wrestling promotion, being a veteran or even a hall of famer means nothing in that ring and Erin Daniels just proved that! Erin dropped down from wrapping herself around Kameron, giving a wince of pain and holding the back of her head with one hand, keeping the other hooked under one of his. The look of pain vanished though when the referee handed her the Reborn Championship title belt. Giving the Phoenix title belt a look in Kameron's free hand, it almost looked like she was about to cry as she gave a look up to rafter's and held her title belt up with the copyright credits underneath at the bottom of the screen. |
