(I) Requirements for joining 1 - Combat level (including Summoning) a) warriors – N/A b) skillers – not higher than 70) 2 - Total level a) warriors – N/A b) skillers – N/A and at least one (1) skillcape in noncombat skill 3 - Bank worth must be above 500k in either items or cash (GPs). 4 - Age must be a minimum of thirteen (13). 5 - The new member must secure seven (7) votes. Departed member of the clan needs ten (10) votes for rejoining. 6 - No negative votes. Every new member MUST have fulfilled all of the above requirements. You get 1RH (KP = Relinquish Hope Point) for each section giving a total of 6RH. In order to be accepted into the clan you need, not six (6), but eight (8) RH. You can gain the extra point by getting bonus points in a section. These extra points are gained as follows. 1 a) warriors - combat level is 80+ 1 b) skillers - two (2) noncombat skills are 90+ and one (1) of those four are level 99 2 – Total level is 1000+ 3 – Bank worth is more than five (5) million 4 – Age is 18+ 5 - If new member gains twelve (12) or departed member gains fifteen (15) votes Extra If a Clan Member is willing to take responsibility for the new applicant they immediately gain a bonus RH. Clan Members must remember that bad actions taken by the applicant will reflect upon the person taking responsibility, so be careful when choosing who you do this for. (II) Joining procedure Any person interested in joining the clan must first introduce themselves in the Introduction section of the forum. They will fill out the appropriate form and will then be recognised by the clan as being interested. During this time the Clan Members can't vote for the person, this is just a period of time that can be used to get to know the person. The period of time for the introductions lasts twenty one (21) days and begins from the day when the person have posted the Introduction using the Introduction Form and ALL the questions in the Form are answered. During the waiting period the candidate must be active in Clan Chat and attend at least one combat and one noncombat Clan Event or Trip. The person can, however, attain negative votes during this period. If the person gets a negative vote on their Introduction then they are instantly kicked from the clan and do not have the option to apply later on. If, after the twenty one (21) day period the person has no attained a negative vote they get Clan Friend status and can then choose to apply for the clan if he don't belong to any of the other RS official clan. A moderator will close the person's Introduction thread and the person will post an Application in the Joining section of the forum. The Clan Members can then vote. Both positive and negative votes must be reasoned. Just "Yes" and "No" votes will not be counted until the Clan Member who gave it has added an explanation. If the Candidate hasn't gained enough votes within 3 months after posting the joining application they will be counted as not accepted to the clan. The Joining Application will be closed but they remain as a Clan Friend and make a new joining application without posting the Introduction. If the Candidate has received negative votes to their Joining Application they will lose the Clan Friend status as well and when they try again they must start the joining from the beginning (starting with Introduction). It is necessary so that the clan would have enough time and opportunity to ensure that the Candidate has understood his mistake which caused them to receive the negative vote and have changed themselves. They can post a new Introduction only after the Clan Member who has given the negative vote has: a) agreed with the new joining attempt, b) has been as Dormant over 2 months, and/or c) has left the clan. Every new candidate has maximum of 3 opportunities to join the clan. The member who has left the clan has only one opportunity to rejoin the clan. They can attempt to rejoin not earlier than one (1) month after their leaving. If their resignation is overdue for more than six (6) months they have to make an Introduction first. The Clan Leadership can make reasoned exceptions about the terms of the rejoining with unanimous decision, but they can not make changes about the needed votes which are 10 positive votes and 0 negative votes. If the applicant gains the required votes and fulfils the above requirements they will be announced a Clan Member at the next monthly Clan Party. Every month we take one to three (1-3) applicants with the highest RH and grant then Relinquish Hope Clan Member rank. III) Counting a Clan Member to a Dormant or Retired Member Each person can be a Clan Member with only one of their RS users. The Clan Member who has multiple RS accounts can change his member status from one user to another with the acceptance of the leadership of the clan if the other account is: a) more active in the clan activity, b) with better levels and c) made by himself. A Clan Member will be counted as a Dormant when: a) he has posted a certain message in the Hiatus section b) he has been non active, it means that he hasn't played RS for at least two (2) months or c) he has not attended Clan Events (except trips) and hasn't been in the Clan Chat for over two (2) months with the user he has joined with. The Dormant will remain all the Clan Members' rights except the rights to vote. A Dormant will be counted as an active member again: a) from the date of the returning message if he has posted the hiatus message before b) after two weeks of active rejoining in the clan community if he has been counted as dormant due too low activity without a message of hiatus. A Clan Member can be voted out of the clan if an existing Clan Member starts a petition in the leaving thread and gains five (5) negative votes against the person. Member of the Clan Leadership can be voted out with ten (10) votes. Only Clan Members who have been with the clan for more than six (6+) months can vote on these threads. A member will be counted out of clan without voting when: a) he has posted a leaving message in the Leaving section; b) it is known that he has quitted RuneScape and/or has given his user to another player; c) he has not played RS, has not visited the forum or has been Dormant for over 1 year; d) he has been counted as Dormant due low activity for triple times within a year; e) he has significantly broken RS rules and/or has been banned from RS; f) he has joined some other official RS clan without permission and has not left from there within one week after receiving a certain ordinance from the Clan Leadership (only so-called non-clans are allowed). You get more information about which clans you're allowed to enter and which not from the Clan Leaders. The member who has left the clan and has Retired Member status is not allowed to participate at official clan parties and events. |
