It has not so many parts, so the first basic assembly is done...then to add engines and to sand off all funny panel lines, roundels, windows...

Oh just noticed that on this picture is visible another blue box but this blue is not allowed in this thread :) and looking forward to see next "BLUE BOXES" projects

That will be some work to get the French markings from the plastic. But looking forward to see more of this nice Transall :D

Yes Eric you are right in the part of cleaning French markings from the plastic it will be "sanding special " ...and I found very nice livery for this project...so definetely it will not be box version.

OK I know I am "out of the race" as it is too late but I would like to finish my blue box project in 2017 :) so here is little progress
All roundels sanded down little scribing of the panel lines and little filler as both engines were going up like on V -22 Osprey :)

small progress...decals on both sides and propellers painted and mounted :) I found Tamiya white masking tape for curves (3mm width) excellent -tested on the black nose of this plane.
