that listings not that clear either as to if its a built model or kit, you can complain to ebay if you can be bothered |

I'd allow myself the luxury of feeling flattered, but at the end of the day the poster should acknowledge your build and IP relating to the image. Seriously, it's a rip off, if the pic helps him make a sale you deserve to get a royalty off of it. I'd contact the seller direct along the lines of 'excuse me, that's my model and my image, you don't have permission to use either.' |
