Well that was an improvement and there seemed more determination in the team. As you've said Sale were very poor though and we're not going to beat the better teams giving them that amount of possession. Wood played out of skin as usual. Not sure why Jim takes him off as his leadership adds a lot. Harrison really up for it too and Lawes, LP played well. Don Estelle on the wing looked sharp and I'd like him to play more. Foden seemed more engaged. Myler did seem to dominate more and get the backs moving a bit better. Still one dimensional and unimaginative though. Burrell put in some good tackles but I can't remember him putting in a significant run. Some errors from Groom but at least he'll dart for the line. Idiotic mess up with Digger bringing on the tee. Let the players decide. Good to see some smiles and relief on faces after the game and they've been under a lot of pressure. Glos are always tough away though. Cmon Bristol! |

Think you're being a bit overly critical S2000. It was a decent win. We could have won by more. We looked good at times. Giving the team the ball and stifling them is a very common tactic - Sarries to it well as do the ABs. |

Thought it was a much better performance. Really like the partnership of jj and myler, we also had some structure and shape in our attack. Thought day was incredible. He was motm for me by a long way. We seemed to lack some grunt through the middle. Luther is one of the worst players in the prem, he got stiff armed to the floor from josh charnley from a standing start.......joke of a player Sale were bad poor though. Most disappointing performance was the ref, that was a joke and an embarrassment for the sport, utter laughing stock what our sport has become. |

Well i watched it back today and we were very good in the first half. Second half not great for the first 20 but we kept at it. Got better at the end. Although Luther was not great he did try hard and if it wasn't for slipping a number of times he would have been solid enough. I would stick with the same team and look for consistency. |
