All members of Set to Heroic are expected to follow certain rules regarding their conduct (in no particular order):

  • Show respect to guild members, officers, and the server (e.g. Trade Chat, PuGs). Taking up the guild tag makes you a representative of this guild and thus you are expected to take individual responsibility for the care of it. Trolling, abusive behavior, etc. will not be tolerated and will result in heavy punishment if not expulsion from the guild.

  • Maintain a positive attitude through all content, be it progression or farm. A negative attitude is toxic for the raid team and thus will be not tolerated.

  • Have a sense of humor. We are not robots, we play this game to have fun, so joking around with fellow guild mates is par for the course. If joking turns into bullying or makes someone else uncomfortable, it is up for the parties in question to solve the issue in a civil manner. If an officer is required to step in there may be punishment.

  • Not create drama, in guild or out. Set to Heroic does not appreciate drama queens and will not "pick" sides. If all parties involved can not reach a truce, all parties will be removed from the guild.

  • Make others feel welcome. A negative attitude or rudeness towards new members will be dealt with swiftly by the officers with possible consequences, including expulsion from the guild, upon multiple instances.

  • If you have an issue with anyone or anything, come to an officer. Officers can't help solve a problem if they don't know about it.

This list is not all encompassing and will be amended in the future. Should an issue arise not covered by the Code of Conduct, the officers still reserve the right to act in what ever way they deem necessary to solve the problem, including removal of offenders from the guild. The guild officers will do their best to inform the guild when changes have been made to the Code of Conduct.
