Wouldn't be at all surprised if what Gately says is right to be honest.

Making everyone go through Liverpool Street is basically asking for trouble - wouldn't be surprised is some dickheads kicked off.
was a minibus parked outside the entrance to the park lane lower turnstiles.

I was very impressed by the Police today.

Was outside the corner pin from 2.20 to 3pm and only saw one arrest, Chelsea fans and tottenham fans mixed up and a general frustrated attitude. Was a miracle tbf
Makes a change from us taking the bus and parking it at Stamford Bridge.

BTW did anyone notice that as part of Drogba's mysterious reincarnation act over half time he changed boots to a different colour. Cunt.

i think harry has just made us hard to beat....which is something he has done everywhere he's gone.
We look like we have some kind of spine to our team and that spine is built on steel and toughness.

It's rather pleasant to see.

All good teams have the ability to dig in and battle. Indeed it is more of a priority than playing good football. Sucessfull teams have the ability to combine both.

Defensively we've done well all season, our goals against isn't bad. We've got genuine quality in our back four and BAE has been a real bonus with his performances of late. Perhaps it just took him a run of games to adapt which up until this season he hasn't had. The tragedy is that King, who is getting his sharpness back, probably won't be playing much longer.

Now we also have that steel in front of the back four which is significantly down to Palacios but also due to Lennon and Modric working hard defensively from their wide positions and Jenas putting in some consistently good if not outstanding performances since the cup final. How Bentley is going to get back in I can't see at the moment.

But also Bent appears to be noticeably revitalised and has increased his work rate considerably over the past few games. He'll never be a great player but you can make up for the defecit in quality with hard work, pace and fight. These are Bent's strenghts which he has been playing to more recently.

Finally Keane has added defensively to the side with his work rate and ability to hold and play the ball which we blantantly missed with his departure.

Long may it continue.
