Skelabra Forums Regulations General Rules 1. If you see a member misbehaving, use the report button and no not get involved in the situation. 1.1 Do not abuse this system. It's nice that you want to help out, but do not report everything that you find offensive, or you could be warned. 1.2 Do not, under any circumstances, publicly post that you have reported a user. 2. Offensive User Names are forbidden. If an offensive username is used, you will be banned until you submit a new username to a staff member. 3. Do not create multiple accounts. Doing so will get you permabanned. Please notify us before the registration to avoid any confusion. 3.1 If you have a sibling or friend that is on the same network as you, please let a staff member know about it. 3.2 We will approach you before any action is taking about multiple accounts. 3.2.1 However, if you are a banned user, create a second account and do not let the staff know about it, you will be IP banned for ban evasion. 4. Show respect to all members. 4.1 Do not publicly question forum staff on issues. Please send us a private message if you have a concern. 4.2 Do not flame people. 4.3 Prejudice will not be tolerated under any circumstances. You will be banned for these comments with no exceptions. 4.4 Do not troll or you will be IP banned. 4.5 Do not call another member out ("ATTN: Astra", etc) in a thread title. 5. Do not advertise your other forums in posts. Advertising in signatures is acceptable. Posting Rules 1. Proper spelling, capitalization, grammar and punctuation is a must for any post. 1.1 Any and all cursing is prohibited and will be warned. 1.2 Any racist language or other offensive language is prohibited and will result in a ban. 2. Due to the forum host's rules, English is to be the only language posted. 3. Do not spam. 3.1 Any post that does not add anything to discussion is considered spam. 3.2 This includes quoting a post and saying "quote for the win", "no", "yes", etc. If you can expand on your response to the quote, that is perfectly acceptable. 4. Do not make posts about inappropriate content (pron, nudity, gore, etc). This is grounds for instant banning, no exceptions. 4.1 This also includes copywritten material (ROMs) 4.2 Sending PMs asking/showing these contents is also against the rules.
