![]() Use this space to outline your strategy, rant/rave about the others, or whatever else you may deem necessary. Only you and the hosts will be able to see this over the course of the game so do not feel any reason to hold back in here. You have threads to track your money and to vote in, but feel free to make other threads as you see fit. If you want to talk about completed games, that is fine. Do NOT talk about current games in progress that you may be involved in. If there are any problems, from being able to see certain things to other questions about the schedule, rules, format, etc. feel free to ask in here or PM me or one of the other hosts. Thanks for playing, and best of luck! |

Well, here I am, Petyr Baelish, Master of Coin, ready to play in this most interesting game. The format intrigues me and clearly requires quite a bit of skill to avoid danger at all times. I have no faith in my abilities at challenges, so I'm going to have to make sure I'm in good with everyone. That being said, though, this first day I've been avoiding sending out PMs and just waiting for people to message me. As much as I'd like to play the social game, I don't think I could manage stringing myself out to everyone so early on. I'm far more interested in making a solid deal of people actually willing to trust me and form my Kingdom around that. Surprisingly, my closest ally at this point is looking to be the young wolf, Robb Stark. I wouldn't have expected myself to turn to the North, yet if it will benefit me, I gladly will. Stark has offered a willingness to work together and the two of us have started off strong with a good alliance. We're hoping to join a Kingdom together and bring in one more to give us 3/5. I've also spoken with Tyrion and Bronn, both seem willing enough to talk and I intend to use that to my advantage and see what can be formed there. I've also briefly spoken with Catelyn, Varys, Renly, Sansa, and Cersei but so far it's all been one message exchanges with very little going beyond the early "how do you do"s. I shall have to see if any of these go anywhere further. |

Is there a particular kingdom you intend to join, or is that yet to be determined? |

I don't really mind, I'm far more interested in whose team I end up on and I shall see how the other kingdoms split up before making a decision. |

Well, looks like the Kingdoms have been divided. I'm glad to have ended up on Winterfell with Robb Stark. I feel very close with him, the two of us have been talking a lot and I think we've got a good deal between us. We've also discussed working in Tyrion who seems to like the idea. Originally we were hoping to make Bronn our third, but he missed the cutoff...as I almost did, which worried me greatly that I could have been stuck with some of the other riffraff in this game. I've also spoken with both Sansa and Catelyn and agreed to protect them...yet that may be difficult now that we're on a Kingdom of 5. I think we all realize how tense this game may be should we have to vote, and we'll be seeing some backstabbings at the first council. Apparently I'm also a part of a guild with Melisandra, Cersei, and Loras. Can't say I care for any of them, but if it'll fill my pockets with gold then I wish them all the best. I'm still unsure of how this market will influence the game, but I would bet that it'll be important. I haven't really been too social so far and I'm hoping that now that we're in Kingdoms it won't be so hard. I've been pretty talkative with all of my new partners so that is for the best. Aside from Bronn who I mentioned, the only other person who I've spoken with to much length is the child, Arya. I do quite enjoy talking with her and she'd be the only one I'd be really interested in keeping touch with. Considering the mutiny nature of this game, there is possibilities that I will have to make new friends at certain points. |

Oh, the Guilds were just an opportunity to line your pockets a little more. You seem to be tipping two ways, saying that you agreed to things with Sansa/Catelyn, but also have a deal with Robb/Tyrion. Do you have a certain way you're leaning now? |

Well, I'd rather have too many friends than too many enemies. I'm sure someone will feel betrayed eventually, but they won't get the chance to turn on me so soon. I'm definitely in favor of Robb right now, we've been very open with each other and I respect him a lot. I'm hoping to possibly see if one of the ladies will be willing to bend to give us a full majority, but all in good time, can't get too ahead of myself. |

I think everyone realizes that Winterfell is incredibly stacked and the first vote we attend would be very unpleasant. I sincerely hope that we don't have to deal with that on the first round, but I've got not faith in my challenge abilities, so it's up to the others. I really do quite enjoy talking with everyone on this Kingdom. Robb and Tyrion have been very open to working together and I shall be loyal to them. Catelyn and Sansa have been sweet as well, although, one of them will most likely be the target should we lose. Robb discussed the idea of voting out his mother should we lose, which I think would be a good decision, however, I have not heard from Sansa in a while either so I shall have to see what to make of her. Catelyn realizes the awkwardness of this format and I know she's worried; I wonder if it'd be enough to vote for her own daughter. I do care dearly for both women, but this war is no place for such tender flowers, which is why if anyone must leave it should be them. I have tried to keep in contact with a few other people on the other Kingdoms. Bronn was meant to be on Winterfell with us and we're still discussing working together if we ever get the chance to. Cersei as well has toned down her sharp edge and seems willing to discuss plans, it sounds like she's worried about being on Pyke. And Arya is probably the most refreshing person to talk to so far, she's so adorably sweet and out of place, I hope she goes far. No one seems to really care about keeping their guilds a secret, right now I know three Me-Melisandre-Cersei-Loras Arya-Robb-Brienne-Margaery Tyrion-Davos-Bronn-Yara |

So I have survived the first round, and it would seem as though Varys will not be offering any formidable opposition to me this time. Pity, but he let himself be defeated by a child, so I really must say he only has himself to be blamed there. I believe that the loyalty of Robb and Tyrion has been proven as they stood by me and helped me to survive when Catelyn and Sansa turned against me. I do feel bad that it had to be Catelyn sent to the Bear Pit, and I know this will only harm my relationship with her, but I am glad that she survived. Sansa seems to have been a strong force pushing for my execution, and I wish that we had targeted her instead, but Tyrion and Robb did not seem willing to change the plan. I am having to try to improve my social game, though, as if our Kingdom were to continue to lose we would be down by Sansa quickly, and then it could very well be me. I was glad to see that my guild was willing to be my champion should I end up in the Bearpit, and I am making more of an effort to have friends on all sides. I am working to keep in touch with Bronn as always, and Renly has displayed a new openness to me which I wish to take advantage of, as I am in need of a friend on Highgarden. I am also finding myself enjoying Arya and Yara. People like them aren't so fixated on the game and it offers for some more relaxing conversations. |

Oh my word, I love Renly. He's suddenly ditched any illusion of character and is just chatting it up with me. He could very well be trying to lower my guard and gain my trust so obviously I am aware of that, but I seriously enjoy talking with him, one of the most entertaining messengers here. I was somewhat worried that I would be deadlocked into working solely with Robb/Tyrion/Bronn after not maintaining the best of social games at the start, but I would love to get something going with him too. |

Ideally for me, yes. Sansa has made no effort to make me feel very welcome. Robb has told me that she will go, and I can only hope that he is telling the truth. Tyrion as well should be with us, but I do know that he seems to care for Sansa as well, so I pray that it is not turned onto me this time. |

Also, since ordinarily I'd probably ask you after you finished the challenge or so, but you're not doing it. I'll ask you now. If Loras wins, what is your kingdom choice? |
