What thoughts on your champion's chances? Do you trust him to give it his all? |

I have faith in him, it seems like most people don't have much fondness for Davos/Varys. And I'm certainly still tentative on my own abilities. |

So time for an update. Seeing as I didn't know if I would survive that last round, I am incredibly relieved but there is much to catch up on. I was disappointed with the outcome at Winterfell. Both Robb and Tyrion felt like people I could trust and I was focusing much on them, while Sansa made it no secret that she had no interest in having me stay. And apparently she played a better social game with the other men, thus ending my chances at remaining on that Kingdom. My own theory is that Tyrion is aligned closely with Sansa and Robb simply did not want to get in the way of the numbers and cause a divide, but I actually have no idea who lies where. I DO feel as though Winterfell would support me if they could, but I can't return there as they've chosen Sansa over me once and I fear they would do it again should I return. So I had the decision of which of the other three to choose from. I did not wish to go to Dragonstone, while I do like Bronn, I do no know if he would choose to force a tie to save me and go against Stannis and Melisandre. Most people seemed to want me to go to Pyke to help Queen Cersei, and perhaps that would be a safer place for me, but honestly, I don't think it would really be the best move. Arya and Yara, while I enjoy talking with them, phase out any talk of strategy, and Catelyn, while she claims to hold no bitterness, would likely be less than willing to trust me. Had I gone, there would be little I could have done for Cersei, and that's if I even wanted to, which I'm not sure if I do want to help her and her brat of a son. So it's off to Highgarden I go. I already have Renly there, and right now he's the person I most want to work with, so I hope to establish strong bonds with him. While Loras and Margaery have both made it very clear that I'm looking to be the first one voted back into the Bear Pit if I lose, my hope is that I may at least make some bonds with them as well and then survive the Pit again. Ideally I'd rather not lose another challenge, and let the others deal with their issues, but this is not an ideal world. I don't have high hopes for my state of survival if we were to vote, but I am willing to pull what it takes. I believe I would have Renly's support, and Loras tells me that Brienne may be a target due to her lack of challenge skills. So I have to have a good performance in the challenge to get them to want to keep me. Speaking of challenges, I was surprised to see that I seemed to be the fastest worker on Winterfell in that last challenge. The others claim to have issues with uploading, and to be honest, I wouldn't even rule out the chance of them throwing it, you never can put anything past someone in this ruthless game. But it WOULD be rather nice to know that I have some challenge adequacy so that I may be of worth to others. |

Three kingdoms in three rounds. You certainly know how to spread yourself around Lord Baelish. What chance of going four for four? |

Yes, it is quite an interesting scenario I'm in. I'm actually not too sure how I feel about it. On the one hand it's very frustrating because I've never been given enough time to make an impact on the kingdom, espescially with Balon and Yara making the Duels Non-Live and myself only having a few hours to socialize. This means that I'm constantly on the outs no matter where I go. However, there is an advantage to this which is that I now have an excuse to message people who I had previously neglected without it sounding like I'm just trying to get my hand on everyone's strings (which ideally I am), this way I can act as though I have no interest in working with the people who sent me away and instead am interested in making new allies. At the very least, this should grant me enough connections that should the game switch up, I will be able to find friends easily enough. For the time being, Ser Loras has been wonderful at keeping me safe in the duels, however, I assume as though these first few have been simple due to the weakness of the early boots. Further down the game it may become more complicated. As far as reaching four kingdom...I don't know if there's anything waiting for me at Dragonstone, but should Pyke rejected me as well, I might as well go there too to meet Stannis and Melisandre, everywhere else I would still be first one gone. But Cersei and Catelyn inform me that I am safe for at least one round at Pyke, so I do hope that my fortune shall improve. |

Well Robb leaving is very, very disappointing for me, I was not expecting that at all. He was my first ally and I was greatly hoping to reunite with him at some point. I was relying on our early connection to be beneficial for me, but now that he's gone, and other alliances are clearly made, I'm going to have to work even harder. I feel as though a lot of my message end up being a repeat of the same thing being "We can't do much, but just wait until the merge," which is sad, but pretty much the truth of this game at the point. With the Kingdoms diminishing and the tightest alliances sticking together, all we can do is try to win immunity and scrape out the remaining stragglers. I am looking to work with Renly in the future though, I feel very close with him and I believe that we may be able to form something. He's already told me that he's not 100% Highgarden to the end, which is reassuring to hear from him. We are discussing working with Bronn in the next round, so long as he can survive. It's very nervewracking to think that Bronn could very well be in danger of leaving tonight, though. I do hope that if he is in the Bear Pit he can get the Red Witch to Champion for him as she seems to be quite strong. Perhaps we can also work something with Stannis and Theon, both of them seem to have little to turn to, and we could form a central alliance in the midst of this game. But I ought not get too ahead of myself. I've also had the frustrating revelation that it will be very difficult to remove some people from this game. Take King Joffrey for instance, he is incredibly strong at challenges, the only way to eliminate him would be to pit him against someone just as strong, and then pray that he doesn't return or else you've got a very powerful enemy. I think for the time, all I can hope for is to keep the stronger players focused on each other and off of me. |

Well, I've made merge, so I am quite pleased with myself on reaching this milestone. Next up, I shall see if I can make it to the top half of the cast and reach the final 10. However, I have come to the realization that Cersei has so many people in the palm of her hand, it is really frustrating to see this. So many people have come to me and said something along the lines of "I am very close to Cersei, so..." And I can see that she's been playing the game of making everyone think she has a friend in her and I fear being too overt in trying to turn the tables would just turn them against me. What's more, Cersei has her son at her side who can barrel through challenges with ease. It's not very reassuring at all. I am going to have to turn to Highgarden as I planned and make use of this new format. With two people going into the Bear Pit, it is possible to get what we want even without the majority. We're going to have to find a way to weaken this other side as soon as possible. I doubt it will be easy, but let's see what comes of it. |

Prewritten Jury Question Congratulations, My King, Joffrey, and Queen Regent, Cersei. It's been very obvious for most of the game that you two have been dominating this game so it's no surprise to see the two of you here at the end to fight it out. Cersei I felt pretty close to you in the game and had a lot of respect for you. Throughout the game I heard from several people that they valued you as an ally, and you clearly had a very strong social game with plenty of people within your grasp of power. I commend you for avoid target throughout the game, I think you most certainly deserve to be here. I don't have any question for you, but I just wanted to pay my respect, good luck to you. Joffrey, I did not speak with you as much until the merge, but I took full blame for that, and as I have heard from others you clearly had a strong social game working for you as well, so I'm not counting anything against you there. You, however, were constantly a target, many people seemed to fear you because you did not hide that you were a threat. Clearly your challenge strength got you through, and with a game this reliant on challenges I respect that as a valued skill as well. But my question is, how much risk do you think you were putting yourself in by making yourself such a target? Would you do it any differently if you could? Thank you to both, and good luck, you've both impressed me all game long, and I look forward to voting for one of you. |
